+ -1 moreJoe Kozlowski came out promptly to look at the problem and got us on his schedule. He came to do the work within the time frame he had told us he would be available. Arrived on time with all his equipment and completed the job quickly. Everything was done perfectly and you could not tell that the siding had been removed and the underlying wood replaced. He also took care of a few small fixes for us. We will definitely use him for future larger projects. His references gave him rave reviews (honest, reasonable and excellent work), and we agree. .

+ 2 moreI was very pleased with Joe Kozlowski, the owner. He gave me an estimate of the work, did it in the time he stated he would and did a great job. He told me I could get another year or two out of my roof instead of just pricing the job out. As a single woman it's hard to know if you're being given the run around, but Joe was very professional. I had a couple of other estimates and his was in the middle. I plan on having him come back next year to replace my roof. I had a leak this past winter from ice buildup and he came out as soon as he could to take a look at it and do what he could. I would recommend this provider in a heartbeat and have in fact given out several of his cards.
Description of Work: I needed a variety of things done - doors and windows, garage door openers and roof repair.

+ 2 moreThe windows are beautiful and the trim that was done was superior.. I feel confident that the problem I had with the roof is finally fixed and Joe was honest with what the problem was as I was sure it was something other than it was..I would hire Joe to do any work that he was qualified to do . He was also very helpful with an electrical problem I had, and had an electrician over the same day and the problem was quickly resolved, and I must say at a very reasonable price...
Description of Work: Joseph Kozlowski was very professional and the work he did was superior..He was always on time and when he said he was going to do something he did it.....The windows that were replaced in my home were very old and when they were completed I could not believe the difference in my heat bills. When the roof stared to leak he was there to get it fixed . I am a senior citizen and always worry about being taken but I always felt that Joe had my best interest at heart..I fell very fortunate to have found a reliable contractor..
