Description of Work: Bad- Shorted one layer of crawl space block. Interior finishers did not follow plan at times and had to rework ceiling beams and closet shelves. Cabinet installation had some mistakes requiring us to order extra product. At times we felt overlooked by some of his other bigger builds. |Good- Good ideas on how to place home. Great electrical subcontractor and plumber. He would contact us back very quickly if we called and did not get an answer.

+ -1 morePrice was not cheap but the quality of work is very good and he handled changes without any issues. He has also been understanding of delays caused because we have had to deal with water in the basement that has caused delays in completing the project.

Description of Work: This company never responded to nor acknowledged our phone call request to evaluate a leaking problem we developed in our roof where a dormer was located. We believe this is unprofessional and rude behavior to not return a request for service. We will never contact this construction company again.

He worked well with his crew and his subcontractors. He is very personable. His financial estimates were reasonable and close to what it cost. If the price was going to change, then he would let me know. He is really busy.
