Arrived on time, completed the job in the time they said it would take. Tub looks great !

The nonskid doesn't stop you from slipping and falling. They said they would come back to add more but haven't called to make an appointment yet. There is also a small spot that didn't cover good that I want fixed when they do come back. Other than that it was a good job. They said not to use a suction cup bathmat. I finally found one that doesn't have suction cups that works. It came from Bed Bath and Beyond.I have no doubt that they will come back and satisfy me. We live in an area where the winters are bad and right now the roads are not safe.

I'm wintering in Florida and I had received information that the contractor could not do the work he contracted with me because of distance. I initially wrote a very negative review and submitted it without contacting the contractor myself. I relied on the information furnished by my general contractor. In a state of frustration I personally contacted the Mr. Garfield and voiced my displeasure with what I was told. Mr. Garfield told me I was already on the schedule and the job would be done immediately and the information I was given was false. Mr. Garfield arrived on the appointed day and completed the work in a timely manner. According to a contractor that was on the job site the work was done professionally and the site was thoroughly cleaned up upon completion. I therefore apologize for the negative comments I made and I would gladly recommend this company to anyone else needing this kind of service.
