Description of Work: I have used the cremation center on two different occasions, once for my brother's Chihuahua and once for my cat Jessica. Both times the staff were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable having them take care of my animals, we had options as to how we wanted to receive the ashes back, and I will be using their services in the future. We are a big animal loving family and respect for animals is important to me. They did a fine job.

+ -1 moreAmazing considering it was a very tough time losing our Siberian of 13 years they our very professional in what is provided you would think that they new your animal . Great office I would highly recommend the Snow family they know the business of giving your animal a proper goodbye!!

+ 1 moreOur family pet passed away this past week-end on Sunday. I called the Family Pet Center and was immediately put at ease. The owner offered to come to our home and take "Betsy" to their center or we could meet him there. It didn't matter that it was the week-end. We drove there and said our last good-byes. As hard as it was, it was so professional that we knew she was in good hands. Their staff have called us since and even sent a hand-written note to our family. Betsy was placed in a beautiful urn hand-made by a local craftsman.
Description of Work: Our family had our 10 year old Lab, "Betsy" cremated after she died at our home on Sunday.
