All went well. They were able to complete the work in the time frame they quoted. Even with bad weather they were able to complete the work. They were professional, worked well around the house, and had a good work ethic. When they were finished with the job, they cleaned up around the house. They did a great job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone with a log home. It was a good experience to work with them. Great Job Guys!

initially things went well, the blasting of the old stain went well. then the trouble started with the staining. the wrong color was applied and because it was an oil based stain Dave would not remove the wrong color and reapply the stain we had chosen. we witnessed the wrong color being applied by Dave's help, while Dave was on vacation and when we addressed this with Dave he told us that was the color we chose. we even did lots of research with Dave who gave us lists of his customers. his customers really seemed to love his work and that's why we chose alpine restoration. what a bad choice! in the end we have a color that we did not want and because Dave felt he met the contract, he sued us and we eventually had to pay him as his payment was less than fighting the lawsuit. I would never hire this company!
