I called Randy. He left a voice message that day. I called the next day, and he had Ryan and Tyler come out the same day. Randy was very helpful and gave me information on how to winterize and on whole house water filters and water softeners. They also winterize places and installed filters and softeners. They took out an old rusty kitchen faucet and sprayer and replaced it with a new one that I had purchased. Very good job. and they are very congenial. I would recommend them to anyone.

While out of town our house was broken into and all the copper lines were ripped out by vandals. Contacted Randy who replied quickly and came out the next day. He recommended doing the repairs using pex lines instead of copper reducing the cost of the repairs.. He was able to schedule the work that same week and his crew completed all the repairs in one day. I was very pleased with the work that was done and how clean they left the work areas. I highly recommend this contractor.

Contacted Randy when our well system developed a serious problem. He contacted me quickly and came out the same day. The 14-year old pressure tank and switch had both gone bad, so he set a date and sent his technician (Jessie) out to replace both. Jessie arrived on time, and replaced the tank and switch in no time. Also did some extra work to the plumbing for a cleaner installation. The new tank and switch performed flawlessly, but unfortunately it turned out there was another problem inside the well casing itself. Randy didn't have the equipment for this job, due to the depth of our well. But the new tank restored our water supply temporarily, and the cost was quite reasonable. Randy even referred me to a local drilling company for final repairs - I hired them a few days later. It's unusual to see this many system failures at once, but Randy and his crew diagnosed the problems correctly and bought us valuable time until final repairs were completed. Professional results and courteous service, I wouldn't hesitate to hire again.

Called me right away, got out there right away. Turned out to be more than the pump. Randy kept me informed all along the way and gave me options for the pipes. Also did some extra work on misc. plumbing issues. Highly recommend.
