Ryan was quick to respond (as always) and after coming out to take a look at the job, promptly sent over a quote and we were put into their schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the work was scheduled. We were contacted in advance to confirm when the team would arrive and they were here on time and ready to go on the agreed upon Monday start date. Upon arrival, Ryan walked through the project with me and his team again just to confirm the scope, then walked the team through it once more just to make sure all were on the same page. As the project kicked off I realized there was some additional work I'd like to get done and asked for an additional quote. That quote was returned the same afternoon and the additional work was added into the overall project, no problems, no need for reschedule, they just took care of business.The team arrived on time each day and went to work. Drop cloths were used everywhere and all furniture and counters were covered with plastic sheeting. So, 3 days later, 15 double-hung window sashes, a door wall and complete repaint on a remodeled half bath, the team finished up. Anything they took down was reinstalled, all the floors were cleaned up and all remaining paint marked and left for future touch up. A true five-star job!
