I wish I could write that everything went smoothly with this job, but unfortunately it didn’t. So why the high rating? Well, I think it’s as important, if not more so, to know how a company will deal with situations when things don’t go well as much as when they do, and I can only imagine how difficult it is to assess, considering input from your crew and from customers. I truly feel like Grays tried to do what was fair and I really appreciate that. I especially want to say that my main contact, Robert, was wonderful. Thoughtful and reasonable, not only did he provide me with a competitive price initially for a big job, but with the mishap, he worked hard to understand what happened from all perspectives, convey the information to his boss (the owner) and come back with a final cost from the owner trying to be as fair as possible. He is a gem for this company for sure. I want to add that the owner himself came to speak with me and understand the situation better. Again, it’s not easy to evaluate incidents from all sides, but he tried to do what was right. I can’t ask for more than that. As for the tree they removed? Like I wrote earlier, it was a big job. They did an incredible job both with removal and clean up. I think it’s easy to hire a company assuming the best outcome but I hope it’s helpful to know when you can count on a company to do right by you and your family when things don’t go picture perfect.

The process went faster than I expected, the guys were very professional,and cleaned up very good would recommend them to anyone that needs some serious or light tree removal very professional.

As a worried homeowner with 5 very old 40 foot trees in between my house and my neighbors with fall debris every time the wind blew I was fortunate enough to get set up with Mr Tom Gray I found him to be a no nonsense guy ( like myself) honest he came out on a Sunday gave me a free quote was impressed with the price thinking it was gonna be higher going into this project lucky break for me he was able to get on the job next day as I watched him and his crew roll in with their state of art equipment I knew I chose the right man for the job I watched in amazement as his crew gets right down to business watching the 10 of them work together was impressive they drop all 5 trees with pin pointing accuracy everything went like clockwork from the minute they arrived till they rolled out of my driveway 4 hours later debris was loaded yard was cleaner than when they started I can’t say enough about how satisfied I was to find someone that cares about doing a good job and cares for employees and most of all his customers!! I was 110 percent satisfied I recommend him to anyone that needs tree work including my family and friends.

Did a spectacular job. My neighbor has trees that they never take care of, have already had some of their huge branches falling on my house and have been scared of it happening again. I've lived here 24 years and they do NOTHING....they don't even clean up their leaves, city does not help, they blow in my yard, I clean them up. The problem was.....very narrow entryways, wasn't sure how they'd get back there, didn't want huge machinery trying to get into my backyard and perhaps breaking my cement or tearing up my yard. They climbed up 3 huge Maple/Cottonwood trees and cut back branches on my side of the fence (the only legal option). Tom said he could do it....he did it. Not only that, but he cleaned my gutters (because of these same neighbor trees) FOR FREE and blew all the remaining leaves. Nice guy and I trusted him. I am SO relieved. Showed up on time, did everything he said he would do. What more can you ask? Plus he said he'd do some landscaping I need done in the spring. I can tell when someone knows what they are doing, he does.

They were very professional and did a really good job cleaning up our yard and the neighbors yard. Had 3 trees and a 4th stump removed. Would use them again.

Tom came out the same night to quote, and came back, also the same night to get the huge branch off my power lines. The next day he sent a crew to finish the job and also take care of a couple other trees that needed work. The crew was extremely fast and professional. Would definitely hire again should I need to control an unruly tree.

When the crew came, I was as impressed with the removal process because the guys had to climb the tree and cut it down piece by piece. My garden beds full of soil and the light snow falling all day didn’t make the job easy. All work was done on my property and it was cleaned up well. I highly recommend this company.

Great workmanship, courteous crew, and a fair price! This is the only company from which I received a bid that didn't try to gouge me on price due to the abundance of storm-related tree work in my area. Work was performed in a highly satisfactory manner within 2 days of bid acceptance. 5 star worthy all day long! The crew removed a 30 ft tall pine tree near cable and power wires and cut down and removed roughly 10 arborvitae that were destroyed by last week's harsh weather.

He was on time again with a good size crew excellent machinery for the job. performed a great job , courteous with my neighbors yard . cleaned up all debris . I would recommend him highly

Tom and his crew did an amazing job with my backyard. It resembled a scene from a horror flick when I bought the home. Now I can successfully start a beautiful garden and have a place for my furbabies to play without the fear of them being impaled by a random piece of metal that had been neglected in my backyard... along with the three large trees that were to pose multiple problems to my home in the future... Costing me thousands in the long run. They were fast, efficient and reasonable in price. Would definitely recommend.
