 + -1 moreThey're on the pricey side but they do a good job. They explain what and why they do it. They move everything as well and a lot of times places wont move things. They do the little things and are pleasant people to talk to. We lived here 14 years and they've cleaned our carpets that long and maybe our old house so about 20 years. We still have the original carpet from 14 years and they look fine so whatever they're doing isnt hurting.

 + -1 moreThe scheduled the appointment and came on time. They vacuumed the carpets and cleaned them thoroughly. They moved the heavy furniture and put it back carefully. They were very professional and very polite. We are happy with the way our carpets turned out.

 + -1 moreThey give seniors a discount each time used. I got 15% off (3rd year used). They did great job. They called me when they were going to be a little late. Empire rugs recommended them to me. They did the job at the time they said & were finished at the estimated time given.
