Mike responded to my call within 30 minutes, gave an estimate over the phone with a range. He scheduled me promptly and was willing to call 15 minutes prior to his appointment time. He arrived early for the appointment (following the phone call), was very up-front with what he could provide and his quote was lower than the estimate! He walked through each room with me to ensure satisfaction and provided tips for areas where stains could not be removed. He cleaned up after himself and finished the job in less than 2 hours.

This is the second time Mike has come to my home to clean my carpets. My parents also use Mike and are very pleased with his service. Mike is a professional and very dligent. He does excellent work - not only did he clean my carpet but also my furniture. Carpet is over 10 years old and look brand new! The same goes for my furniture.
