The kind of response and service provided by the Andrews tree team is nearly unheard of these days. I received a call back within 2 hours of initial contact and got a quote the same day. I had 2 trees removed and the stumps ground, several more trees and shrubs pruned and a renewal pruning of a row of lilacs. Since the price was so good (less than half of previous quote) I signed a contract on the spot and the crew arrived the next week as promised. They were courteous, efficient, careful and neat. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Large crew arrived on time........we discussed work to be done........took advice regarding a few aspects of the work....which turned out just great. Crew was focused, efficient, knowledgeable...cleaned up every twig. Love the way my yard looks....and would call these guys again. Special thanks to Jason!!

Jason was a pleasure to do business with. He came out and gave the estimate on Friday and the work was completed the following Monday. I came home and the work was complete. Took two large branches down hanging over our house, took down sucklings and deadwood. Cleaned up nicely. Will definitely use them again.

The crew came at about 8:30 am and I went over the work with the crew boss. He was a good listener and made some good recommendations about how to proceed. The entire team, about 6(?), were all very professional and friendly. The results were just amazing. And the clean up was spot on as well. You can never underestimate the value that professionals bring to their work. The whole process, from estimate to clean up was handled with care and at a high level. Get these guys to take care of your tree needs. You will not be disappointed!

They arrived within the window that I was told they would. They quickly got to work and started taking the tree down. Cleanup was happening while the tree was being cut down. The cleanup process was quick and very good. I didn't even know that a tree had been removed from the yard except for the stump that was still there. The stump grinder couldn't get through my gate because I have a non-standard gate size. I would definitely call them out again.

The Andrews team did a fantastic job. They were very professional and efficient and left our yard looking as though nothing had happened, except for the removal of the tree limbs. The trees were cut cleanly and there was no damage done to our home, even though many of the limbs covered our roof. My father-in-law supervised and was very impressed with the service. We also found them to be very responsive and professional regarding setting up the initial quote and the date/time of the cutting. Recommend!

From the first contact with Andrew Tree Service to the final clean-up, Jason and Jessie along with their crew were professional in every way. All were pleasant and responsive to extra requests/add-ons. Because of the limited access to the backyard, they couldn't use a bucket truck and had to climb the trees to cut them down. All of the trees were very close to overhead wires and the largest pine was right next to the garage. Within 3 hours, the 8-man team had not only removed the trees and stumps but had cleaned up the yard to perfection. All members of the team worked seamlessly together to get the job done. We will be calling them again!

This was our second time hiring Andrew Tree Service. Although their bid was a few hundred dollars higher than another bid, we went with them because we liked their professionalism and the job they did the first time. Kudos to Jessie, the crew leader. Easy to work with, very responsive. Offered reasoned opinions about what needed to be done. Good at working with the crew. Made sure the site was clean and all the details I was concerned with were attended to. Jason did the estimate. He was prompt at getting out to view the work, then providing the estimate. The work was completed earlier than we anticipated, which is a blessing because we have a large graduation party in 10 days. Everything looks great and is clean. I wish we spent $1,800 on something that people would actually notice, but it was a job that needed to be done.

I contacted Jason for an estimate and he arrived at the agreed upon time. I had several estimates and although he was not the lowest cost his professionalism & expertise were evident and I was confident his company would do the job right. His crew showed up on time and went about the task of removing 3 trees on a cold winter day with 8 - 10 inches of snow on the ground. They completed the job the same day including the grinding out of the 3 stumps. Once spring arrived and the snow melted there were a number of smaller branches remaining but this was understandable as the snow had covered them and easy for me to pick-up. In May I went out to plant grass seed where the trees had been removed and found the remains of a large partial stump/root at one of the tree sites. This was too large for me to remove by hand so I called Jason. He was very polite, came over in a few days to see the stump then assured me they they would return and take it out at no cost as it was part of the original agreement. About 2 weeks later they showed up and removed the stump/root as promised. It is really good to know that Jason / Andrew's Tree Service are professional, honest & keep their word. Thank's Jason & crew for a job well done.

This is the second time we have used Andrew Tree Service. We were very pleased with how they handled the trimming of our "front yard" trees; we asked them to return to do the "back yard" trees. Because we were so happy the first time, we asked that they just come and take care of things, regardless of whether we were home or not. They did NOT want us to be unhappy and, at first, tried to talk us into being home when they came out so that we could monitor their progress/work. I really had to do some convincing to get them to come out while we were gone and just do what they are expert at doing! I was not disappointed. They did a beautiful job and, because it was fall and the leaves were mostly gone, offered to come back in the spring and make any additional cuts we may need, once the leaves returned. I really appreciated that extra offer of service!.

No problems. They cleaned up completely. Done in about 3 hours. Jason came by later in the evening to get paid and check the job so I did'nt have to miss work during the day. Ground was very wet so they laid down plywood and left no ruts from the heavy equipment. Very happy with the job.

Pine trees were cut down. Boxelder trimmed but missed a large dead branch, the one I wanted the tree trimmed for. Jason agreed to cut the dead branch but never returned. After 6 months I made 3 attempts to contact Jason, including phone and email, they were TOTALLY IGNORED. What can you say about customer service when there is none? Now I need have another company finish their job.

Jason answered my call, showed up within 1/2 hour and gave estimate. SInce I got 25% off with Angies List coupon, I had the job done. They showed up on the day specified, even 1/2 hour early. Within 1/2 hour, the tree was removed, stump ground down deep so I could replant a smaller tree and the debris cleaned up. Forty minutes after they started, they were loaded up and gone. Job was done very professionaly and completely. I would surely use them again.

Very professional, prompt, very clean, picked up all debris, made sure I was satisfied with work and quality of work.

They showed up with three trucks and the full crew and within minutes had the first tree down and went from there. Very efficient. They were easy to deal with. I was happy with the outcome and have received many compliments on the trees since they did their work.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. It's hard to describe the skill they had: they only had a few feet to drop the branches between my fence and another structure, and they had the whole tree down in about 30 minutes. Before they started they asked where I wanted them to leave the wood, which was another bonus. I gave a B for professionalism due to finding a cigarette butt afterwards, but I would not hesitate to use them again.

Jason (I believe that was his name) responded to my request for a quote quickly and was very cordial over the phone. They were able to come within two, or three weeks at the most, of initial contact and had two teams working on the trees simultaneously. They worked very quickly and efficiently. The men were very professional and pleasant. I only wanted one stump to be ground out but they ground out both. I thought this was going to result in an additional charge beyond the quote for one stump, but it did not. I had a very good experience with Andrew's Tree service and would be happy to hire or recommend them again.

We kept getting so much rain that he had called and put it off a few times as everything would grow right back so quickly. They were excellent and did a beautiful job. Communication wise they thought it would be best to hold off for a while which I felt was good idea.

I didn't hire this company due to their unprofessional business practices.

My husband was hesitant to contract with a company that was unknown to us and not referred by a neighbor or acquaintance. My husband and I previously had negative experiences with a few contractors (not for tree service but for other services), so choosing someone "sight unseen" was challenging. I chose to contact Andrew Tree Service after reading all the great reviews written by Angie's List members and my husband and I were not disappointed. From start-to-finish, Andrew Tree Service made an arduous process and a huge tree job seemingly effortless. I contacted Jason by phone, left a message and he immediately returned my call. With each call to arrange details and dates, Jason answered all my questions in a polite and patient manner. Jason is the BEST and he is GREAT at what he does. Jason is an overwhelmingly nice person...very easy to work with! After arranging a meeting time, Jason came out to our home and spent a LOT of time (almost an hour) touring our large farmhouse property (over 2.5 acres), which has MULTIPLE trees, plants, bushes, shrubs, etc. Jason & I went tree-by-tree as he described & itemized a list of what each tree required and what each trim-up would cost, per tree, etc. Jason also suggested we remove a pine tree that was obviously dead. I was given a final estimate for the job in writing and was thanked for my time. I told Jason I would discuss dates with my husband and contact him within a few days. As promised, a crew of 7 men promptly arrived on September 17, 2014 to complete the job. Everyone worked hard from start-to-finish. I was impressed with how each person seemed to have an "expertise" and a specified job, moving from tree to tree until the job was done. Analyzing, climbing, cutting, clipping, mulching, shredding, etc...everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. By day's end, my acreage looked like a country park-smile-and the 12 trees (some of which are nearly 80 feet high and 160 years old) never looked better. Nearly all but ONE tree had NEVER been trimmed...can you imagine? And at my request, most maples were trimmed up nearly 20 feet. Most maple trees had branches shooting way out at about 4 feet off the ground only. Finally, when the job was done, my yard looked as if no one had been present at all...clean up was perfect. I bought donuts for breakfast, pizzas (for lunch) and snacks for the crew, who were so gracious, respectful, appreciative and kind. We all ate lunch together but the break was short. Continuously working the entire day, I couldn't have imagined how great my land appeared by day's end. I was sad to see the guys go...they were actually onto ANOTHER job around 3:30 pm. We have a long property line of very old pine trees that require trimming next. Without hesitation, we will call Andrew Tree Service to complete the job! Will never use anyone else! Everything from appointment for estimate to the completion of the work including all the clean up went very well. Jason and his brother Jessie and their crew of six people were all very professional and friendly. It was an excellent display of teamwork. They were done including clean up in about one hour and 45 minutes. The three big tress were just next to my neighbor's fence but there was no mess in her yard. She even had a swimming pool which went "untouched". I am very satisfied and would use their service again ( I still have plenty of trees in my yard).

I used Andrew Tree Service and they were on time. They have done exactly what they said that they were going to and they were professional. They also cleaned up the area afterwards.

These guys couldn't have been more organized or professional. I researched them here on Angie's list and I am glad I did! They arrived when they said they would, QUICKLY removed the trees, cleaned the yard up and seemed genuinely appreciative when we paid them. It is nice to have service like this- where I actually feel like an appreciated customer. Nice job. I highly recommend these guys.

Andrew Tree Services worked quickly and efficiently. They removed all debris from the tree, ground it up and raked the area. I would definitely use them again. I thought their price was very reasonable and their crew was courteous. They drew adjacent neighbors while our work was being done and they in turn also had work done from them done on the spot.
