I called Andrew's Tree Service to get an estimate to remove a large shrub and several small trees that had been cut down. The woman who I spoke to said that the minimum charge for any work was $150, but she wasn't sure if they would do what I was asking. She took my number and said that she would talk to her boss and let me know. That was the last I heard from her.

Andrew's was not the lowest bidder but the advice and responsiveness were better than the other two bidders. They did not use a bucket truck but did climb the trees. Crew size was 7 and the took approximately 2 hours per home. Neighbors have commented how nice the place looks after the work was completed.

They were very knowledgeable and very thorough. The only knock was that I think they are a little pricey. I possibly might use them.

The July 11th storm broke a huge limb off the maple tree in front of our house onto the roof, and broke several other limbs. We thought we would have to have the tree cut down and got some estimates. Then the Andrew's estimator came, I asked him if we could save the tree and he said yes and explained how he could trim it and save it. We got 2 estimates from him, one to cut it down and grind the stump, and another to save it by trimming it. He seemed very knowledgeaable and even though he would make more money by cutting it down, said if it was his he' d save it. All contact with the office was pleasant and professional. They arrived as scheduled and Pat, the estimator, was here to tell the 4-man crew exactly how to trim it. Then he went to supervise another job. The crew did an excellent job with excellent clean up. Pat came back when they were finished, but before they left, to be sure it was done right and that we were happy. We are very happy and highly recommend this company.

Estimate provided - very competitive price. Crew arrived exactly as agreed and completed the job in about an hour. Very efficient and professional. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

They didn?t do all the work I required for my job, so I'm still looking for who I want to do the work, but I was happy with their estimate, which they gave me in writing, immediately. They also gave me an estimate for additional work that needs doing, which impressed me.

They were very thorough. They were very professional and friendly. They did a good cleanup. They came when they said they were going to. There were four guys working and we felt that we got more for the money we paid.

They were great. The price was very reasonable, and I had them remove an additional tree after getting the original quote. I wanted them to do the work on a Sat, and work was delayed a week due to mechanical problems with a truck the night before. They were very apologetic. They arrived on time the next Sat, and they were very quick and thorough. They also offered and ground a pre-existing stump for free!

We felt so guilty that we paid them $40.00 extra because they worked so h****** a blistering hot day. I would recommend them to anyone, I told the employee that they should definitely raise their rates, since they were the lowest of the estimates.

This company gave me an estimate was going to call back with additional information. No call was made and there was no follow up. I wrote a negative report regarding this company. However, the contact person called and because of the explanation I decided to give them the opportunity to do the work. They were very professional, polite and went over and above to get the work done and clean the area.

They came to the house to give us a quote in a timely manner. They finished quickly and cleaned up to our satisfaction. Very polite. We were happy with their work.
