The work of this group was excellent. My only gripe is that when presented with their "10% off" coupon they said the discount had been included in their estimate though we had never discussed the coupon previously. I hired them expecting the discount and was disappointed that they chose not to honor the coupon. Be sure to ask about this when you get your estimate if you expect the coupon discount.

I liked that Andrew Tree Service actually climbed trees rather than use a cherry-picker. They came out, they were very responsive. I had more questions and they came out again.

Our neighbor has a large tree which had extended over to our yard. We had a constant flow of leaves coming into our yard. With our neighbors consent, Andrews trimmed several branches. Work was done efficiently and the area was cleaned very well.I would recommend them to others.

although it rained the scheduled day they were very considerate in calling early to reschedule for the next day. having given time frame of between 1 - 3 pm they showed up at 1:40 getting straight to work. all the guys were polite, friendly and very thorough completing the work within an hour. i was very nervous about the pine tree coming down as it's quite tall but impressed with the guy who topped iit out. a neighbor was also watching and the guys did some work for him too. i'd definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Price offered by Andrew Tree Service was quite competitive than other bids. Work was done to our satisfaction and quite fast. No mess after they left. The crew was very polite and attentive to our needs.

I called to get a quote (after getting a sky high quote elsewhere). The person on the phone was very helpful and someone was out within 24 hours to to leave a quote. The quote was *almost* half of the first company. The original quote was to trim the cherry and the maple tree, but when Jason called me to let me know he had stopped by, the price was so good I asked him if he would look at my dying Alberta spruce. He was still at my house and gave me a very reasonable price to remove it. I was waiting for one other company to come out, but they didn't come out on the weekend or Monday, so I called Andrew Tree back Tuesday and told them I wanted them to go ahead with the job. They said I could leave a check in my front door, but I had already left my house, so I called and paid over the phone. Andrew Tree made time to come out that same night and trim both trees and remove the Alberta spruce. Before they came, I remembered I had a japanese maple that had been looking very poor for several years (and this past year did it in for sure) and I asked if they could remove it and charge me later...they removed it and didn't charge me. I feel for what I paid, I got an awesome value. I spoke with Jason several times on the phone when scheduling and talking about what needed to be done and he was always very friendly and professional. They did a wonderul job. The trees look great. I don't think they left a single twig or scrap of tree anywhere...you'd never have even known they were there. The only side item I'd note is they didn't shut my gate when I left, I always check that anyhow.

Great. They are punctual, responsive, cost about a third what a large Ann Arbor tree service estimated it would cost. They also did not press me to do a bunch of other work that seemed unnecessary to me and would have cost about $1200, as the other company did. About eight guys came in with about 4 trucks and a chipper and did a bang-up job in 15 or 20 mins. Very pleased.

They arrived promptly. Removed tree and ground stump. Trimmed and shaped the other trees. Did a great job of cleaning up.Workers were friendly and polite.

They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to others. They came the day after I called them.

The crew of 6 arrived on the date scheduled and around the time anticipated. The crew chief introduced himself and reviewed with me the work to be completed. Every member of the crew was nice, polite and professional. The work was separated into 3 basic areas and guys worked the entire yard simultaneously. The tree removal was organized, fast and SAFE. I was asked if all the trimming met with my satisfaction prior to the equipment being put away and all the debris was taken from the yard and ground in their equipment. They were very respectful of my property, and the property of my neighbor. They took care in their cleaning to get all the debris removed from my yard (and even took some branches I had sitting aside that needed to be bundled!), the neighbor's yard and the street once their mulching and grinding was complete. Due to the proximity to the removed tree, they even protected my central air unit from debris and dust before grinding the stump. I was throughly impressed with the crew, each member had a job to complete and they worked the entire time. The work, which was more than I expected, was quality and looks great. Their estimate for the work and the cost for the actual work matched without question. I would use this company again in a heartbeat, and anticipate them working on my oak trees in the winter. My experience was great and I would recommend ANDREW TREE SERVICE.

I saw their great reviews on Angie's list and filled out the online form from their website to request an estimate. The next morning I received a very nice phone call from Lindsay who answered all my questions, asked a few herself, and promised that someone would come out for an estimate. Sure enough, I found the estimate in my mailbox a short time later. Because I felt comfortable trusting the reviews I had read on Andrew Tree Service, along with their prompt responses and VERY reasonable estimate, I ended up calling almost immediately to schedule an appointment. I was not disappointed. While I did have to wait several days for them to come out, I can see why they are so busy. They do a very good job at a very fair price. A six-man crew made fast work of it. They were professional and friendly; I was asked to step outside a couple of times to see their progress - they wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend this company!

They did great, arrived on time with multiple trucks. The removed the stump and cleaned our yard. I certainly would use them again. They also took down some small plants around my fence.

They offered competitive pricing and they did very nice job. I'm planning to ask them to do tree removal again next year. On one occasion, they were late to the scheduled time (due to rain), and other occasion they could not do the service on the day promised, and it was rescheduled to a week later. So I gave it 4 starts on punctuality, but overall I would recommend this place for tree service.

It was great, they did a really nice job. The woman that answers the phone is very friendly and courteous. They are arborists and we trust their opinion. They are very professional, fast, and they certainly know what they are doing.

I have nothing but stellar comments about this company. They came the lowest in terms of bids from 4 companies, they were prompt and efficient, they sent 8 workers to do the job in extremely professional fashion and cleaned up just beautifully. They even cleared away a huge pile of dead branches left from previous garden work by others. They did so much above and beyond and were so well-priced that I did not have the heart to pull out the 10% off coupon I had for them, but considered that amount a more than worthwhile "tip".

We had a large locust tree and two smaller apple trees that needed some serious trimming. We obtained several quotes and Andrew Tree Service was, by far, the most reasonable. We scheduled the service for June 7th and they arrived in the late afternoon of June 7th. The crew was courteous and professional. They worked quickly, efficiently and everything was cleaned up very nicely. We asked them to not trim as much off of the West side of the Locust tree because of the shade it provides and they did that very well. In the end they did an excellent job and the trees looked very nice. But here is the real kicker. One of the lower branches of the Locust tree had an active Robin’s nest. I alerted them to the fact that it was there and asked if they could try to trim around it and they did. The nest was left intact and I watched the Robin go right back to it after they left. If you need any kind of tree service I would highly recommend contacting Andrew Tree Service.

A March wind blew down a major limb from a Little Leaf Linden tree in my back yard. The damage was such that I decided that the entire tree should be removed. It was about 60 feet tall. Also I wanted some limbs over hanging the house from a locust and pecan tree removed. I contacted 3 tree service companies by phone asking each to come when I was at home. Two of the tree service companies left estimates without speaking to me, one without ringing the door bell even though I was home. The Andrew Tree Service person came within two hours of my call on March 12 and discussed what had to be done. As the stump grinder could not access the back yard due to 4 old bushes by the patio, I suggested that he could take the bushes out which he agreed to do and allow the stump grinder in to do it's job. So by my being present to discuss the job we resolved a major problem. The estimator made a good impression, did not try to pressure me to sign immediately, and left a detailed written estimate of $1200.The two other tree services I contacted left written estimates in my door and both indicated that they could not get their stump grinders into the back yard due to the large bushes. Since Andrew Tree Service was on Angie List with good references and the price was right and the estimator made a good impression, I called them on March 14 to engage them for the job. Since the downed tree limb was not inconveniencing me, I had no problem waiting until March 23 to have the work done. A crew of 5 came on time on the morning of the date promised, reviewed the work that had to be done, and got to work. In the course of the work I asked for some cut wood to be stacked on my firewood rack and this was done. The crew was friendly and took care to protect my landscaping, in one case using 4 'x 8' sheets of plywood to protect the flowers by the side of the garage. In the course of the work I approached the crew leader (who was the same person as the original estimator) what he would charge to remove another tree, a front yard 12' Redbud tree with an 8" trunk and have the stump ground down and I was quoted an additional $100 which I was pleased to agree to. So the entire charge was $1300 and the job was completed in 2 hours and 20 minutes.

We got quotes from 3 different tree services and Andrew's quoted us the lowest price by a couple hundred dollars. The crew was timely, professional and got the job done quickly, and they cleaned everything up. I was very pleased with the job they did and will definitely call them again when we need our trees trimmed in the future.

Would highly recommend if you are getting multiple estimates for some work that you include Andrew Tree Service. Jason who gave the estimate came out promptly and was very friendly. An Angie's List coupon from another company was the only difference, so I decided to go with that company on the spot.

The first time this company did work for me last Spring went very well. They removed several trees, chipped them, left the woodchips as promised, did not damage surrounding garden areas, and cleaned up well. I would have given them an A across the board for that visit. The second time they came out to remove some trees and limb up others was a different story. They rescheduled the first estimate visit twice, as nobody was available to stop by as planned both times. The work eventually got done after quite a long wait, but in the process they broke several branches on three small surrounding ornamental trees that I had pointed out during the initial estimate visit. One large branch was left hanging in a large tree. They drove some heavy equipment directly into my garden to reach another tree without protecting the flower beds against damage or compaction, and left ruts in the garden. As my work order had somehow gotten overlooked, the work visit was scheduled on the spot after a phone call I made while I was at work myself, and I was unable to move my truck from my driveway and therefore unable to keep the woodchips as I had hoped. I wrote a letter to the company to let them know I was very unhappy. They followed up with a phone call, an apology, and offered to make things right. Unfortunately the damage was done and could not be fixed. I work in the horticulture field, and for me quality of work and care of my surrounding gardens is much more of a priority than price. They did come back out promptly to remove the large branch that was hanging in the tree. The grades I gave here were an average - the woman at the office is very polite, punctual, and friendly. The work crew and lack of care and attention to my landscape is where the problem occurred for me.

They were quite good. My nephew had hired them twice and I only met them for their second visit to the house and that was at was to take care of some storm damage. They had to take care of some branches that had been scattered around the yard and damage to the trees. So, it wasn’t a comprehensive tree service. However, they were prompt and responsive. They did a nice job. I was pleased with them. The trees looked better and the yard was cleared of all the debris after their cleanup.

I think they are on Angie's List. I've had them several times for trees within the last 6 years. They come out and give me an estimate when they say they are going to come out and give an estimate. The estimate that the guy gives is guaranteed for a year, but he said if I call him the next year, he will come out without any problem for the same price. I did like doing business with him. The guy was nice. I live alone so it makes a big difference to me as to how a person presents him or herself. If I have any work to be done, it will be them. I would just call them if I have to have a tree or anything because I feel they give me a good price and they do good service. Overall, they are excellent. Their price, quality, responsiveness and punctuality are excellent. I like people who are here when they say they are going to be here. There are so many people who will say they are going to be here and they don't come. I would have to sit around the whole day and especially when I'm busy, I don't have time to do that.
