DO NOT HIRE! Caleb made promises he couldn't keep. His team showed up unannounced, they broke equipment in my yard and had to fix it themselves. I requested a leveling services and while they fix one side of the yard, they made the other side, that was flat, ankle twisting. 5 weeks after service the grass still has not grown. When I called to request reseeding, Caleb made more promises about coming on 3 separate occasions, but has still yet to show up. I spent twice as much for this company as the other quote, and they left my large yard looking like this.

Kaleb came to house promptly at first contact. Submitted an emailed estimate. Emailed to say he could definitely get the work done. I called him after a few weeks, told me he’d get the work done “next week.” Then no further contact. Did not respond to phone or email messages.

They met my needs. I had a really short deadline, and they worked it out to gain my business. Very professional and would hire again!

Contacted them in the middle of June. Kaleb took the time and came out to view a prospective job for me and my neighbor. Within a week he sent us a quote. Made the realization that he even went to the same high school as I did, so felt compelled to hire him. After consideration we contacted them back and hired them for the work. Told us that it wouldn't probably be until late July early August that they'd be able to fit us in. Early August came and went with no response from them. I called 5+ times leaving a message each time. My wife called 5+ times leaving a message each time. I texted a few times. I e-mailed and sent FaceBook messages to them as well with no response to any of them. I do not recommend them and would rather pay someone more. He is young and inexperienced in my opinion, terrible customer service. On another review I found that others have had the same experience with them and their response is that they never got any of the messages. The attached screenshots from my phone show that I did indeed contact them, yet they never responded.

Replied Quickly to first phone call. Caleb came to our house and discussed project. I have send emails and messages for the last 2 weeks without the courtesy of a reply.

Kaleb and his partner are very efficient. Professional. My lawn is looking sculpted and healthy. Thank you for your continued work on my property guys!

It went very well. I received a phone call quickly. Arrangements were made to come to my location for services. The owner of the company was efficient, quick to respond, service was reasonably priced, and I was very happy with the service provided!

Their work went very well, they came when they were supposed to and they did the work. Even when they underestimated the quote they still did the job and didn't quote more than the previous one and they also cleaned up after themselves

The team was excellent, recommended fertilizers, really cleaned up my yard (as I had the ugliest one on the block). They were meticulous in cleaning weeds, trimming bushes, and keeping the area looking nice. I am now proud of my yard. Additionally, they found someone to power wash my house and they did a very nice job too.

Fantastic work for a fair price. Red Truck is very responsive and quick to address any concerns. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the work. They are a younger company that is eager to please their clients. They even went out of their way to help arrange a fix for my sprinkler system - arranged the appointment with the sprinkler company and even showed up at appointment to lend support in any way possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for quality, timely, personal service at a fair price.
