He came out and was really friendly so I agreed to give him a chance. After agreeing to do some work for me he demanded $200 before he would come back with an estimate. Reluctantly, I agreed and paid him. Later, he came back and his estimate was $13,000 for the same work that another company bid $6,000. I just hope that nobody will make the same mistake that I made and give him any money before he comes with his estimate.

I needed a new roof . They removed old shingles, installed 7/16" OSB plywood over existing planks. They installed new drip edge, plumbing vent boots and two courses of ice and water shield (6 FT.) on all eave edges. They installed synthetic underlayment on balance of deck and installed new plumbing vent boot plus continuous ridge venting. They were here every day on time. They cleaned up every day before departing. After the 2nd. day rain was forecasted for the next day. Everything was protected plus I had the number to call if needed. No leaking. They were finished the following day. Great company to work with. Will use Premier Building and Remodeling again .

We had them come out to quote an insurance remodeling/repair job. They did come out and the gentleman was courteous and friendly when he was here, but afterwards they did not provide a quotation or respond to phone inquiries. Got the impression they are most interested in higher end work and not home maintenance/repair.

Project went very well. We found Premier and their various subcontractors to be very skilled and professional. Given the age of the 1927 home and settling of the floors and walls, we were especially pleased with the craftsmanship shown to the installation of our cabinets, crown molding, and tile work. Premier arrived on time, kept us well informed of the status of various aspects of the project, provided timely response to questions, and offered excellent suggestions. While we have lived in the home for many years, this was our first, and admittedly rather large, remodeling project. We felt their suggestions were very practical, were provided based on a high level of knowledge and experience in working with similar older homes, and were typically offered with the intention of saving us money elsewhere (i.e. making certain repairs and insulation while various walls and floors were open). Overall, we would call them again in a heartbeat.
