Excellent service, excellent price.

They were very professional. They called to see if we were available to come early, we weren't able to do that so they maintained the already scheduled time. They accepted a coupon for $10 off. They offered a 2 week guarantee in case any of the stains didn't come out completely we could call them back and have them come back out. We were happy with the service.

The staff was very nice, flexible and friendly. They scheduled us promptly and were able to change easily when our power went out. The concern was that a bothersome stain remains (they weren't sure they could remove it and didn't). There is also now a stain or moderate discolored area at our entry like the stained water had seeped and spread. They worked very fast which is positive and negative. Another provider many years ago took longer but was able to remove all stains. We just got tired of them calling every continuously to schedule more work. Perhaps the one stain is permanent and no one could have removed it. The new area is bothersome. I didn't re-contact but am going to try someone else and see what happens. The people at Camelot are very nice...maybe just not as professional and focused on getting the very best results that they can get. Not sure. Will see if the next company performs like our old provider.

Kris and Zac from Camelot arrived promptly at 8:00am as promised, looked over the job of cleaning 6 rooms, 12 steps, 3 halls and scotchgard all floors, agreed with the telephone estimate of $325. They located the problem areas and went to work. Two and one half hours later they had finished the job which included moving all furniture, etc to do a thorough job of cleaning. These two men were obviously proud of the workmanship they provided and it showed. We have had every major carpet service in the Kalamazoo area over the past 40 years and this was by far the best result we have experienced. Every inch of the carpets were spotless and as clean as when the carpet was installed===way beyond our expectations. We will certainly continue to use Camelot and hope to get Kris and Zac as the service personnell to do our future carpet cleaning. Today, the day after the job was completed, Camelot called to ask if we were satisfied with the job and assured us that if any spots appeared, they would return to remove them.

I use them and I would recommend them. I will use them again in the future. They are good. They have always been on time and friendly. I have never had any problems with them. I have not used another company for a long time. So, I cannot compare their price to the other companies.

The initial crew did a great job, but used a pre-spotter spray that left several new stains that were visible after the (white) carpet dried. I called back and they sent out another crew very quickly. This crew took care of all the new spotting and even re-cleaned a very troublesone area we had do to previous water damage.I'm very pleased with their work and price! Much better service and results than "simple and quick".

Overall service went great and did not take them long to clean large areas of carpet and tile. Saved from purchasing new carpets, so well worth the cost!

I found Camelot on Angie's list and I like to Hire local companies. I called the scheduler was friendly and professional. She gave me a date and a quote for the stairs, hall and informed me that I could also do the bedroom for very little more. The day of the cleaning it was as usual caotic around here. Kid off for the summer, dogs running around barking at everything, me forgetting the date for the cleaning. This poor man walks into this mess and goes straight to work. He was fast, thorough, and my carpets are spotless. He left a life time supply of spot trearment and came in under budget. These guys are my cleaners and I highly recommend them.

We were immediately scheduled for service upon calling. Excellent customer receptiveness per telephone. We had 3 stains on light carpet (2 wear and one diet pomgrante 7-UP). The workers explained that they would return to do the dirt stains without charge if we were not pleased when the carpets dried. Took much longer to dry than we anticipated, but workers were professional. Reddish stain removed well, but 2 dirt stains required a return visit, which is schedule for the AM. Very amenable to returning. Although cost was more than another estimated cost, this groups was very professional and agreed to return if we were not pleased. This later agreement lead us to select Camelot.

We are very happy with the service! They were on time, professional and our carpets look great. I don't know why I waited so long to have my ceramic tile cleaned...the grout looks SO much better!

I subscribed to Angie's List for carpet cleaners with good references. I picked Camelot Service Company because of the excellent reviews. I am VERY glad I did, because they did an amazing job...absolutely perfect. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality, and my spots did not return! The two young men were extremely nice and professional, and I will ask them back the next time I need their services.

They were prompt, on time, and very courteous. They were really good, and I was very pleased with their service.

Called on Monday and was scheduled for Tuesday morning. They arrived on time, completed the work on two rooms quickly. They were courteous, did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. After having some "not great" experience with carpet cleaners we were very happy and will definitely use them again for future cleaning.

The service providers were on time. The carpeting was fairly dry when they left and completely dry the following morning. They removed every spot. Heavy traffic areas were spotless. They were complete in a reasonable amount of time. The cost was reasonable.

Everything went better than expected.

I love the way they call and check on their work and your happiness with the job they did.
