I called and they were able to come out the next day. They arrived on time, worked quickly, efficiently, professional and communicated with me throughout the process. Price was very reasonable.

I was disappointed in the level of cleaning done. The only did a very basic, very quick, cleaning. They missed spots, and other spots came back the very next day. The moved very little furniture and did zero spot cleaning. I have used competitors in the past that did a far superior job.

Bailtek arrived promptly, completed cleaning 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. They also cleaned the closet carpets and cleaned 3 extra area carpets for free. Did a very good job in a very timely manner.

They came in, moved the heavy furniture, cleaned and deodorized the carpeting and put all equipment away in a very short time. The receptionist on the phone making appointments was very nice, and I was able to get the time slot I needed.

The deal turned out very nice. Two people came out. They were punctual. They called before they came. They were very nice. They talked to me about the stains in the carpet and what to do if they came back up. There was additional $10 over the two Big Deals that I bought. He told me that the stains would probably seep back through. He told me what to do about that. So they are just starting to come back through. The price and quality were both very good. Their responsiveness was good.

It was fine and very nicely done. We were pleased. There was some additional charges but it was minimal. It was for the hallway and closet. It was a nominal price. They were real flexible with the time scheduling. They were very quick in terms of coming in and doing it. They did let me know ahead of time that there would be additional charge for doing the hallway and closet.

Cleaned up our flooded basement quickly and professionally. Even came on Saturday with fans and dehumidifier to help dry out our carpeting and padding. We weren't sure if our insurance company would cover the cost and Jason reassured us that he would take care of us regardless...what a stress relief.

They were very prompt in arriving on time. They started right away and explained to me what they were going to provide. They first cleaned the chair and did a great job on it. It was an older chair and I couldn't believe how bright it came out. They also cleaned the carpet and also did an excellent job. This was in my living room and they had it done in a very timely manner and my room looked and smelled fresh. I have a dog, so I was very pleased with the results.

They are very thorough, very personable, listens to your needs and does a great job.
