Description of Work: Nothing. Scheduled appt to come to my home on 8/12 in the morning to give me an estimate on some drywall work. Charlie neither showed up or bother to call and try to reschedule. After waiting about an hour, I called. Must have been his wife who answered (and seemed very unconcerned). Said he wasn't done with his workout at McLaren yet and that he was very busy that week and could contact me the following week. I told her not to bother. Not interested in working with someone so unprofessional.

+ 0 morethe project went very well. Jeff and his plumber, Dave Behrens, were punctual including finishing on time and communicated well. The communication started with detailed quotes (one for plumbing, another for the rest of the work), which were very accurate estimates, and phone calls to keep us alert to scheduled work days. Jeff was upfront about some calendar limitations which we negotiated to our satisfaction. Jeff and Dave were flexible in working with our requests. We had selected the flooring and vanity. + 0 moreCame as scheduled, worked alone, steady progress, matched coves in plaster, -did a good job. Hired two guys to do all the sanding. They did hte work in one day but dry sanded and not wet sanded as descrbed - left an incredible mess of dry plaster throughout the house.
Description of Work: Skim coated all walls in the house to cover textured plaster walls, repair patched walls, hang dry wall on renovated areas, repair drywall where walls changed.

+ 0 moreJeff is a great guy. He was here when he said he would be here - two weeks. He didn't leave messes at the end of the day. He had to remove three layers of wallpaper in the kitchen and you would never know it to see it now. The paint finishes look wonderful because of the high quality paints he used. He suggested we not have him paint all the walls white. We went with a color called Linen and it just added so much more warmth in the rooms. We have a half bathroom we will be remodeling in the future and we plan on calling him to do the drywall and paint work.
Description of Work: New drywall work in 9 x 12 den. Trim work in den and dining room. Repair drywall in dining room, kitchen and living room. Removed wallpaper in dining room and kitchen and border in living room. Painted walls and trim in all four rooms.

Description of Work: I had cracks and imperfections in my bathroom ceiling. Mr. Smith sanded, retaped seams, and remudded the ceiling and made it ready for me to paint. The quality of the work was excellent and his response for both the estimate and the performance of the work was very prompt. I would recommend him to anyone needing drywall work performed.

+ 0 moreOverall I am extremely happy with the work that was done, Jeff went beyond what was called for him to do on his own expense and time. I will and already have recommended him to family and friends.
Description of Work: Jeff repaired a section of our ceiling that had water damage, and even took the time to look where the source of the leak came from to make sure issue was resolved correctly. After the drywall was repaired he asked that while he was already there, if I had any other nicks or dents that I would like him to repair and repaired for me.

Description of Work: Had small repair on kitchen ceiling that needed to be done. Contractor cut out damaged piece of drywall and replaced drywall, and mudded hole. Contractor offered to mud any other nicks and dings we had while he was there.
