Great service from small company. Attention to detail. Got a stain out that we weren't sure of the source. Very friendly.

It took approx. 2.5 hours. He was very careful not to track dirt in from outside. He sprayed the carpet with solution and used a rotary cleaning machine to work it into carpet and suck out the solution. We have a young dog so there was urine spots plus the tracked in soil from our busy family & visitors. The carpet was moderately dirty and Mr. Tober did an outstanding job of removing all that we could see. The carpet was left soft and only damp with a pleasant, subtle scent. The carpet dried completely within 24 hours. We could not be happier with the result. He placed plastic pads under all the furniture legs when he was done. We have used two of the "heavily advertised" carpet cleaners in the past....the result for both was unsatisfactory. Tobers Supreme Clean was recommended by a neighbor.

He was very thorough at explaining what spots he might be able to get clean and which one he could do absolutely nothing about. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work. Would definitely use again.

Mr. Tober arrived on time and gave me the cost before he started the job. There were a number of stains in the carpets and he got them all out. I have some physical issues that prevented me from moving even the smaller furniture. He did it for me and protected them from getting wet. He is very pleasant, unobtrusive, and professional. I feel comfortable having him in my house. The carpets looked great when he was done and he got them very dry. I turned my thermostat up a bit for the rest of the day and everything felt dry by the next morning. I am completely satisfied with this family owned and operated local business.

We carefully discussed what was to be done and he did exactly what we had agreed upon. Before starting, he measured the room and stairs and gave me the exact price, which was very reasonable. Ron Tober came to the house and measured the area and gave me a price of $106.00 for 2 rooms and a hallway. He moved the living room furniture for us so the areas under the sofa and recliner were also done. He cleaned a couple stains from the carpets in the livingroom and diining room. He pre-treated the carpets and then cleaned the carpets. Our carpets are like new again. He takes his time and does a great job for a really good price.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DID ON MY CARPETS. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET OUT STAINS AND MARKS THAT I DIDN'T THINK THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO GET OUT. I AM PLANNING ON USING THEM AGAIN SOON.
