+ -1 moreGood advice on color and material selection. Good subcontractors. Install did not go well however. Started June 2017, finished bulk of work late Aug, still hadn’t finished punch list in Oct but left invoice that exceeded labor and overage estimate by 88%. No communication of overage during project. Still no additional work to complete punch list as of Dec 2017. Damaged valence, unfinished grout, wood floor gaps, floor vents not installed, wood floor delaminating 4 months after install. See photos.
