They are excellent.

Numerous errors and poor quality workmanship had to be corrected with another plumber. Such as leak in the shower and improperly attached fixture. Poor responsiveness and poor communication.

The first plumber, Aaron, was 15 minutes late. The time promised was 8-8:30 and he showed up at 8:45. It took until 12:45 to install. When he was finished and I checked his work, I noticed he didn't install the plate behind the faucet. He said the pipe was too small and the plate would slip. I also noticed that there was no cold water. He said I didn't really need it to be cold. After he left I noticed the water pressure was not as good as previously. After my husband came home and he checked it out we decided to call and let them respond to our complaints. We called on Monday, August 30th and they sent someone out (Jason) to fix what we thought was wrong. Jason was very professional and took care of each complaint to our satisfaction. I would use them again as long as they didn't send Aaron.

My usual plumber was on vacation so I called Chauvette and they were very good. He came on time, he did a good job, and he had a good personality. I think the prices were fair. I tried to fix the faucet about three times and he came and fixed it right the first time. I haven?t had any problems since then. He was here probably an hour working on it. The boss called me about an hour before he came to let me know he was on his way. When my regular plumber retires, I?ll probably switch over to these guys.
