"Midwest Tree Experts came to our area after a series storms and a tornado. We had a larger branch from our tree fall on our house and needed to have it removed. The branch was about 8 inches in diameter and Midwest Tree Experts removed it in about 20 minutes. The trim is okay, looked really sloppy but the tree should survive. My biggest complaint is the billing behavior, they charged me $7500 for 20 minutes of work and a relatively small branch. The behavior is price gouging and should be illegal. They came in a charged me full 3 people (8 hours), a bucket truck, and picker, a trailer, and a ditch witch. It is a shame that they are preying on people that experience natural disasters."

I was very worried about how this tree was going to come down without damaging anything. BUT this crew is great real tree surgeons. They climbed the tree and cut it down piece by piece. From start to finish they were done in four hours or less. Cleaned up everything perfectly after they were done. Honest and dependable. Would recommend. Would hire again. 5 stars."
