Lacks integrity, dishonest and untrustworthy Do yourself a favor and call another company. My experience with this company was very poor. Went through a difficult situation throughout a job. They turned their back, didn’t take ownership and deflected blame. I took this company to court and was compensated. I’ve heard from other dissatisfied customer’s this isn’t the first time nor the last … You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states it’s built on integrity, honesty and trust. Just because it’s a veteran owned company doesn’t mean they inherently have these traits. I’d argue if a veteran has to highlight that, they are the opposite of what they say.

Came out to give me an estimate which I did not receive same day and now its been over a week of me calling daily and being told I will get a call back and never here back. Feels like my business isnt that important and now im finding out they may have done the job originally and just dont want to come back and fix it.

Excellent, on time, Everything was explained before the work and after the work was done. Clean up excellent, Great company and crew to work with. Pricing was excellent.

BEWARE. If you have had a crawlspace encapsulation done by FS360, check with your local municipality to see if a permit is required and if a ventilation fan is required in your crawlspace. FS360 might tell you NO, but don't settle for their answers. Check with your local municipality as to permit and building code requirements. FS360 may tell you they may not be required but dig deeper for your own safety. It only takes a phone call to your local building department to find out. If you find out that its needed but not applied for and acquired, you were mislead. Take action immediately, especially if it encompasses a ventilation fan in your crawlspace. If you are required to have a ventilation fan by code and don't have one, you may have mildew forming in your crawlspace. If need be, call another foundation company for an inspection and they will take photos and give you the info. DO NOT WAIT !!

I worked with Foundations 360 to encapsulate my crawl space in my cottage on Lake Huron back in 2019. The Foundations 360 team was very easy to work with and did an outstanding job with cleaning out the crawl of large amounts of debris and helping me get the crawl dried out. Unfortunately, we had a major storm this year which flooded out the crawl space. Last year, I upgraded my Sump Pump to include a battery back up system which worked well but was eventually was overwhelmed with the amount of water that was coming over the sea wall during the nor-easter in September. Their people are so professional - They have always listened to my concerns as a customer which I think sets them apart in the industry. Why would I call anyone else? Thanks Joe M. for making the adjustments to my sump pump as I specifically requested without hesitation and helping be get the Pitt Boss battery backup system back up and running. I look forward to working with Foundation 360 on my future needs.

Met with 360 Rep John R. (14 Aug 20). Received a quote for installing (4) 42"fortified helical piers to raise foundation of my attached garbage. Mr. was professional, knowledgeable, and he arrived on schedule. He performed an exterior inspection of my home and interior inspection of my garage to see if other repairs were necessary. He determined no other concerns aligned to my existing issues. The quote seemed reasonable for the amount of work involved; however, I was skeptical due to the hugh investment. It was somewhat comforting to learn there was a warranty and an engineering report was optional. I was a little concerned John forgot to inform me about the $250 permit fee that was required in addition to the engineering fee ($500); however, he said he would waive/cover this as it was due to his error. I reached out to three other contractors for quotes. One company which had previously performed waterproofing services in my basement had provided a quote for $25-30k. However, the company provided zero references for doing foundation supports. The second company "Percision Foundation Systems" convinced me to tear out finished paneling in my basement looking for a presumed horizontal crack. Fortunately, no such crack(s) existed anywhere; however, I now have to pay additional monies to have drywall installed. The third never responded. In all fairness, 360 SOL was my only option available to get the work done prior to winter. I was very nervous about moving forward; however, I am definitely impressed with my decision to have the work completed by this company!!! The work was completed 28 Oct (covid). The entire process went better than anticipated. The crew arrived on time and completely on schedule. Very professional and polite teammates. Clean up went well. Only two concerns: the $250 permit fee surfaced as a surprise in which the owner quickly reconciled, and the dirt left onsite could've been compressed more. Overall, I highly recommend Foundations Solutions 360!!

Senior inspector Chris Johnson examined the two problem areas in my mother-in-law's house very professionally. He explained in detail what was the cause of her problems and did not attempt to sell her anything more than she needed. He apologized that he had to charge the minimum fee of $250 but alternately suggested that I could perform the same repairs with no difficulty by buying products inexpensive products at a big box store and spent time explaining how to do the work. Ultimately, my mother chose to go with his professionalism. As a side note, she had received an estimate from a competitor for $17,000. You can read my review of that company elsewhere.

I called 2 weeks ago for repair to front cement walkway and back steps. I waited until today for next available appointment. The tech was 2 hours late only to tell me that Foundation Solution 360 do not perform this type of cement work. If I had knew 2 weeks ago I could have called another company. Thanks alot for making me wait 2 weeks for an estimate that I never received. You wont be recommended!!!

One of the worst places I ever tried doing business with. Had a inspection and a verbal estimate 2 weeks ago and was told they would email me the official estimate. Tried calling and emailing, still NO estimate. I can't get a hold of anyone. The couple times I did they just give you the runaround. I wanted to support and do business with a veteran own and operated company and thought because of that they would have integrity and be reliable, I was wrong. 2 weeks of waiting for a response and got nothing. I would not recommend anyone do business with them.

I wish I could speak about this company's products and services. But I can't. I called on June 8, 2020 and the friendly gal on the phone set up an appointment for June 17, 2020 at 6 pm. Cool. On the 17th I got a call from the inspector a few hours before the appointment letting me know he was having car trouble. It turned out that the car would need extended repair, so he set me up with a new appointment for the next day at 2 pm. No problem, things happen. However, I then received a call from the office the next day letting me know that I would again need to reschedule because there was no one available to come to the rescheduled appointment. She was very apologetic, and rescheduled me for June 30, 2020, again at 6 pm. I received text messages and emails reminding me about this appointment. But then 6 pm came and went and...no one came. No phone call, nothing. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt, I called the next morning and explained what had happened. The gal took my information and said that she would have someone look into it and that I should expect a call in the next "few minutes". It's now July 7, 2020. I have not had any further communication from this company at all.

My expert stood me up for my evening appointment because he lives in Traverse City and wanted to go home for the day. My husband and I waited for him to arrive 45 min after the scheduled appointment just to find out that he finished up earlier in the day and rode back home to Traverse City. What a waste of time. Especially for a big job on a foundation. I guess this company can afford to lose a prospective customer. Back to the drawing board for us.

It went very well. We determined what work needed to be done, and received several quotes. Foundation Solutions 360 had the cheapest bid, and we wouldn't normally have awarded a contract to the lowest-priced supplier, but they were first to produce proof of insurance, and they gave us better pricing because we paid for the job by check, rather than credit card. The best parts were that they responded promptly to every request, showed up on time, cleaned up well, and had a very professional crew. The only concern we had was that some of their workers wore sneakers and they did not have on hardhats (the job involved digging with an excavator and their workers stood in the trench). Rich and crew took two days to do the work. They started at 8AM the first day and worked until 8PM. The second day, they worked 8AM-5PM. There were three crew members total. The house is a 1972 colonial in Sterling Heights (corner lot). Our driveway (and family room) are close to Canterbury. Several of our neighbors further up Canterbury had porches sink a few years ago - our family room slab was on that side of Canterbury. Foundation Systems 360 installed piers to level the family room. It had sunk about 1" over the past five years, and our chimney had developed cracks. We had no basement damage (the basement is only under the main part of the house). The thing that amazed us most about the work, after it was done, is how the family room ceiling cracks seemed to magically heal themselves. We will definitely have to patch drywall and paint, but the work done by this team to raise the family room corner seems to have solved multiple problems, including a doorwall that had become hard to close.

Right from beginning, I was treated with respect and consideration when Ben, the sales associate, came to the house to look over the problem. I knew it was going to be a big, costly job. Ben and later Joe answered all of my questions, took all of my phone calls, talked to a trusted friend about the project, and made me feel as comfortable as possible knowing the entire perimeter of my home was going to be excavated. Yikes!! Part of the work was going to be from the inside so that the back patio would not have to be cracked and dug up. From my perspective, this was a very massive job. I cannot say enough good things about the crew members that were sent to do the work. Some different crews for different aspects of the job - with some overlap. Had different crew chiefs - and they were great. Rick was here the longest and very patiently answered all my questions even when I interrupted him when he was operating the backhoe. I was impressed and pleased with their attention to detail, their willingness to work hard in very hot, humid weather, the pleasantness and politeness of all the crew members. I told Joe that whatever criteria he was using to hire people has resulted in great team members that reflect very well on his company. Thank you all - Nate, Rick, Dave, Justin, Malcolm, Too Tall, and the few others whose names have escaped me. It truly was a pleasure having you do what needed to be done to waterproof my basement. Joe, I especially that you for providing this service and taking such a personal interest in my home.

Ben performed an excellent inspection, and provided me with various solutions and recommendations with no pressure to purchase anything that I didn't want. On the day of the job, Dave and his crew arrived on time and worked quickly. They kept me informed of how things were going and did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done. Hopefully I no longer need any more services from a foundation company, but if I do I won't hesitate to call them again.

Foundation Solutions 360 did an excellent job! We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. Our driveway was pitched wrong, and water pooled up near one corner of our house. Their crew removed the surrounding concrete, dug down 4 feet to expose the permanent wood foundation, removed the bad wood, and reinstalled water barriers, siding, waterproofing, and finished it off with a special membrane to keep water away from the foundation. They found that our drain tiles were 6" above the foundation, so they reinstalled them below the foundation, directed their flow into a sump, and installed the quietest sump pump I've ever heard. Then, they routed the sump pump drain across our driveway, installed a deck drain across our driveway, and routed both drains to a french drain away from our house. They also installed a catch basin at the edge of our driveway to drain an area of the driveway where water used to pool up. Now, even after 1"+ of rain, our driveway does not have large pools of water anymore, and no water enters our garage, either. These guys did a superb job!

Very satisfied with the work performed and my problem was fixed.

Crew was professional. Other than lunch, worked non stop. Breaking up concrete creates dust but the workmen put down drop cloths and cleaned up the work site after the job was completed. Viewing the work, it looks good. They repaired a 53 ft section of my basement. The test will be in the Spring when it rains but I am confident the problem has been fixed. This company has very good customer reviews and that is what I was looking for.

They team who did the work showed up earlier than expected, went right to work on the job and within 8 hours had the job done. I was very pleased with the work they done and the crew was very friendly as well. I was so pleased with the work and the crew, I bought them lunch and gave them a pitcher of lemonade to quench their thirst. JOD WELL DONE! Very happy with the service. If you want a company that delivers, hire Foundation Solutions 360. I inherited my home and the basement had been leaking for over 30 years. I finally have a dry basement thanks to FS360. Very professional crew who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure your expectations are met.

Foundation Solutions 360 was awesome they were able to work on Saturday which meant I only had to lose one day of work on Friday. They arrived at the time specified both days and worked long hours to ensure that the work was completed when they said it would be. The demo work was more labor intensive then they thought it would be, however they didn't complain or ask for more money. I was extremely pleased with the job as a whole and specifically the attention to detail. They were a tad bit more than another quote I got, but they were able to get me 5 years no interest financing which was huge for me as well as a lifetime warranty on all the work. I would highly recommend Foundation Solutions 360 to anyone who needs work done from this type of a contractor. Its hard to find hard working, honest contractors like this. You guys are a ten in my book!!! Thanks for all your hard work!!!!

Great experience! Punctuality and professionalism are everything with me, I feel like if you nail those two, everything else takes care of itself.
