I've worked professionally with Fernando and his company for a few years now. It's always been a good experience. Today was the first time I worked with them on a personal level to help my Mom. The care, expertise and great pricing given to my Mother was more than we could have hoped for. E.L. Aprea is consistently a five star company.

The job was done in a timely fashion. I appreciate them responding very quickly to my needs.

Received a prompt phone call from EL Aprea last month in regards to a leaky pipe we had in our basement. A plumber (I presume the business owner, as we corresponded via their officially listed phone number) quickly came out the following day, tightened a couple of connections which appeared to resolve the leak. Paid $85 as their standard onsite arrival charge, and the plumber left. Within the next two weeks, the leak returned, worse this time. Contacted EL Aprea again, and was told they wouldn?t have any availability until the next day possibly. Called again the next day, left a voicemail. Sent a text message to the same number again later in the day, as most of our correspondence had been over text previously. Again, no response whatsoever. Ended up calling another plumber, who promptly came out, recognized the issue at hand would require the water to be shut off at the street level, and a number of parts would need to be replaced altogether. The repair ended up being fairly expensive, but this appears to have completely resolved the problem. Several weeks later and we still have not received any return correspondence from EL Aprea and have not received a refund for their services.

Fernando was very professional, work was done efficiently and knowledgeably. The price was very reasonable. I'm keeping his number if I need plumbing done in the future.

The crew was very polite and kept us informed about the status of the project. The final outcome was was very good and the sewer was able to be fully functioning after a couple of days. They had to dig and remove an old mainline trap to fix the issue. Dirty work and they did a great job.

First Josh quoted a price that was far less than the first company I had out. They did an amazing job on something no one wants to have done, sewer line replaced. Great company!!!

Lifesavers!! Saved my sister and I a lot of money as we were told by one company we would need our sewer line replaced and E.L. Aprea come out and snaked the line again and was able to get through the roots blocking the line and recommended what we could do further help with the root issue. Will definitely call them again for any future work and will recommend to family and friends.

We initially hired the company after speaking with the owner, Fernando Aprea regarding toilet waste coming up through the drain in the basement and laundry tub. They determined that the problem was a sewer line connected to the main drain. However, after digging 10 feet and replacing PVC, the problem continued to exist. The owner, Fernando, continuously stated that he would send someone out to resolve it but to no avail. Fernando informed my husband that he would come out first thing in the morning, AGAIN, NO CALL NO SHOW. This back and forth went on for a week and we are out $1500 with the same initial problem. This is not a good company to work with, never followed up or showed up after informing them the problem still exists. We would not recommend this company to anyone. They take your money and leave you with the same problem you are paying them to fix. A BIG WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Not a good, reputable company.
