DETROIT FURNACE

EXCELLENT. Matthew came promptly to help us with our MAJOR plumbing and sewer issue. They put a plan in place and stuck to it thru completion. He explained every little detail during every step of the way. He handled major issues with the City with professionalism and concern for us / his customer. Ted his on site lead was excellent and professional as well. They were a great team and helped to greatly reduce the stress we were feeling from our home sewer disaster.

I really like the guys, I would call them back, they were professional, on time and very knowledgeable. And the price is $400.00 cheaper than the other companies.

It was the night before our family Christmas party, and our furnace was on the fritz. After calling multiple companies, with no success, my husband and I called Detroit Furnace. All of the company's that we called could not come that night but Detroit Furnace could. When others said no they said yes. They came out and fixed our furnace. They had the part on the truck, not only did they fix it they stuck around to make sure it wasn't just a temporary fix. They turned the furnace off and on several times. At the end I was amazed that the bill was so reasonable. I assumed that my bill would be much higher than it was. We were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and integrity displayed by the owner and his crew. We had no idea what the issue was and could have been told it was anything. My husband and I have little to no knowledge of furnaces. We would have paid whatever anyone told us to get the issue resolved. We felt like we were offered AMAZING service at a very reasonable cost. Great experience! They where able to give me an over the phone rough price which was great. Sold me the job, told me that Tuesday the job would be complete. . Eric, Ryan and Carl are true professionals that really took care of business. They finished the job in 6.5 hours with complete clean-up. Install was a little difficult because of space involved. Techs worked fairly quick but...did not test the entire system or get air out of water lines before they left.
