My moving experience was very pleasant considering the circumstances under which I had to move. They were fast and efficient. When we arrived at my new home they put my furniture exactly where I wanted it. Everything was intact and nothing was broken. I would definitely hire them again.

Poorest experience ever. Wound up damaging my house also furniture and didnt wrap my couch its a shame. The screwed up bringing things to the new house that shouldnt have come. The were rude unapologentic and held my belongings ransom when I complained vefire they would remove my items off their truck. They lied about pricing also told me I waived the insurance which I never knew I signed. It was supposed to be an arrival sheet. They scanmed ne bilked me and extorted me. They treat individuals like dogs. And alk the while laugh about it. Worst business 8ve ever encountered

The guys worked hard, but five pieces of my furniture were chipped and a ceiling wall was damaged. The owner touched up the damaged furniture after several weeks and had my table professionally repaired. The damage was done on August 6 and the table was returned to me on September 23, so it took a long time to resolve the issues. However, the owner eventually followed through.

The crew from Designed to Move MI LLC worked hard for 10 hours with 2 truck loads of our things to get us moved in to our new home. Cody who led the crew had amazing energy and never slowed down. The whole crew was very respectful to us and took care of our things.

Our move went on without a hitch. The crew is courteous, careful and thoughtful. Eric, the supervisor, is very attentive. I do recommend them.

Punctual, called and let me know they are scheduled, emailed me, treated my furniture as if it was their own, the movers were polite, no cussing, and fast in and out. I would recommend them to the senior community who can't lift like when we young. Please use me as a reference.
