The two gentlemen who came for our move were very courteous and did a great job. When I saw the listing on Angies list, I was contacted by text message immediately. The gentleman that scheduled my move was extremely knowledgeable and straightforward.

Prompt and professional. Jim was great to work with.

They were on time. Worked quickly and efficiently and no damage was done to anything. The only reason I down graded the rating on the value for the money was that we only needed them for a short period of time and they had minimums. But as I shopped around all the moving companies did.

Was promised 4 crew and only 3 showed up. Then after 30 mins one left so was left with 2 guys to move a 4500 sq ft house with 2000 sq ft basement. It took an entire day stretching to 2 trips and everybody was exhausted. They left so much stuff behind that I had to make another 3 trips in my SUV to move the rest. Took apart a sofa and just left the parts behind without saying a word. I was left to clean up after them and pick up everything that they did not care to move. All this was left without a word of communication. They were careful not to damage anything but not thorough and very little communication.

Price was a bit high. $200 to move a small table and dispose one fire proof,2 drawer metal file cabinet - took about 20 minutes. $150 would have been fair. Jim was very efficient. He knew how to remove the drawers and had a dolly that fit the job.

I would never hire again and I m sorry I did in the first place. Lack of professionalism and attitude. All the guys talked about how they fight and how much stronger they were than the other. Also talked about how people steal from houses. Unpacking they just slide my boxes off the truck and let them bang into each other. Currently Finding broken and scratched items. The lead guy on the physical job was stoned. The main boss Jim was awful as well. I told him one of his guys was stoned and he said how do you know? I said he smells like weed and his car wreaks of it. He told me nothing he can do about it because it s legal in the state of Michigan. I said well he is your employee and moving my house and he is high! I m pretty sure you can t go to work high. Then Jim told me just let the guys do their job and hung up. Completely awful and I don t recommend ever! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Jim and his crew moved a hot tub for me 8-19-19. They were all friendly and efficient while moving the tub. They had left the cover and the steps behind by mistake and had no problem making it right! I would recommend them and use them again when I need something moved.

it was a small job - I had 7 pieces of furniture to move to the garage. Some were from 2nd floor and some from basement. The two workers were very pleasant and did the job quickly for a good price. I recommend them.

The only suggestions would be that DTM finds a better way to communicate, and when they quote a time - I'd be sure that you; the customer understands - I was led to believe a 08:00 start time, but I didn't see the team until 09:45 and when I asked about the time difference I felt the owner was arguing with me. The two gentlemen that came were professional, and did a great job ensuring no damage to my home or items being removed. I would recommend DTM and will use them again.

These guys hustled the whole time loading, unloading and setting up. They quoted about 3 hours where others quoted me 4-6. They worked as a team and got the job done! I will recommend this company to others.
