The movers broke two items and didn't tell me and got the back of my couch dirty and continuously argued. Then when it was done they said that they needed cash and would be charged a fee if used a credit card.

The three movers, Amir, Billy and John were all helpful, polite, and pleasant. They had some very heavy things to load but did it cheerfully. They also set everything up in our new home perfectly. I hired the company to move 2 bedroom sets from the second floor to garage for Salvation Army pickup and move one bedroom set from first floor to second floor. The movers did an excellent job and did not damage anything. I would recommend the company.

I had 2 VERY HEAVY pieces of exercise equipment to be moved out of my basement and into the basement at my daughters house. Both houses have hardwood floors and I was worried they could be damaged in the move. The two guys that came to my home handled the move flawlessly. I was impressed.

We recommend DTM with caveats. Price was competitive. The guys were very, professional. We asked them to start at address #1 to pick up some appliances before coming to address #2 for the bulk of the boxes, furniture, etc. They came to address #2 first, which required more time to drive over to address #1 (for which we were charged). The company sent too few guys, which meant it took longer (and cost more) than they originally quoted. With the truck half unloaded, we asked them to just put what's left in the garage for the sake of time (and cost). Assigning a 3rd guy would have increased our rating 1-2 stars. VERY grateful for their help.

They are prompt on time. Did the work nice and clean. Paid in cash. So far did not received the receipt. The guy came told he will drop the receit in two days. But it did not happen so far.Except this no issues with them.
