Great! They had lots of good design ideas too. The flooring was installed promptly and job was completed before estimated time. All materials were supplied and contractor pays great attention to detail. They wanted to make sure the job was finished as quoted and follow up has been great. Very satisfied!

While the workers seemed competent, they did not pay attention to the details that would make their work excellent. Edges of the concrete were not well defined (crooked). I now have two cracks, one in the patio area and another in the drive, because of incomplete cuts in the concrete. Also, the aluminum on the right side of my garage door has buckled because concrete was poured against the bottom edge. It should have been cut off first, a detail I would have had done if I had been made aware of the necessity. I pointed this out to Mr. Blondheim at the end of the job and expressed my concern about the possibility of a deep freeze causing a problem, which indeed happened. At the time he made a comment stating it wouldn't happen, but if it did, he was insured. Now I cannot get Mr. Blondheim to return my calls regarding the problems. Communication is definitely an issue.
