 + -1 moreInspector was extremely pleasant to work with and very professional. Unfortunately, there were two issues that we discovered soon after we moved into the home that were not caught during the inspection. The obvious one that we were really disappointed that it wasn't brought to our attention was that the electricity in the detached garage did not work. We aren't talking like one light switch or an outlet, nothing worked at all. We had to run an entirely new line to the garage.
