Not only was he the best quote we received, he was also the first one to fit us into his schedule. He gave us a date, and was well before the proposed deadline. You can tell right away Mike is an honest and hard working man. We appreciated his timelines which came with zero compromise to the beautiful outcome! + 0 moreMike and crew started when they promised, completed the job exactly as contracted, and took almost no time away to do other work. Job was finished to the planned schedule. After 1 year there has been no cracking, spalling or damage to the floor, which we use every day.
Description of Work: Fill construction area with 80 yards of fill, and pour 4" thick steel reinforced concrete floor for 4 car garage, and 3 foot wide by 48 feet long apron.

Description of Work: Shed foundation and floor: 24" deep by 6" wide trench for rat wall and 8" above grade slab for 10' x 12' with 10 gauge wire mesh reinforcement and 4000 psi Portland cement with smooth finish and concrete sealer smooth finish for shed and 4' x 3' x 4" ramp with 4000 psi Portland cement and broom finish. This was the only one of 4 companies who came to give us a real estimate. Mike Flevaris scheduled the work quickly with respect to the weather and our needs. They came promptly every time. The measurements are spot-on and the area was cleaned up --removing all excess materials. The city building inspector had no issues with their work. The concrete truck stayed on the driveway. The contractor kept his 2 pick-ups on the drive way until we told him he could drive closer to the worksite in our back yard.
