Response from TILE REVIVE
I did remove most of the masking paper from this job. The paper that I didn't remove was due to this being a very larg jet tub and I was unable to access the back corner until it fully cured. The small amount of paper would take approximately three minutes to remove. In many cases of re glazing i am unable to completely remove all the paper and a very small amount is left for the customer, usually about 3 to 5 minutes to remove. They were also made aware that they would need to re caulk where the tub sat on the tile platform. Re caulking will cover the tiny slivers of glaze where the masking tape was applied (I am un able to mask completely to to tile surface due to bridging, where the glaze overlaps the item being glazed and the tape. Because of glaze bridging I need to leave a small air space. The result is small slivers of glaze that can be easily and very effectively covered with caulk) Per the estimate the customer did notvwant me to re caulk. (To quote the customer "My husband is very capable of caulking, I'm sure he can handle it himself") I try my hardest to do the best possible job I can. Unfortunately I am unable to please everyone, everytime
