 + 0 moreIt was done by Aaron and he did an excellent job. Everything is running perfectly, very satisfied. Promptly came at the time he said he would come. Very courteous, very much of a gentlemen and cleaned up after work. I was very pleased. This company did a great job. Greg Johnson came out the very next day I talked to him and gave me a quote which was the lowest quote that I had received and did the job for me. The very next day they were out and did the job and it was done professionall and expeditiously. I have been very satisfied. Everything is working perfectly now.
Description of Work: Greg Johnson came and fixed our sump pump. They came on December 4th of this year and fixed our sump pump drainage problem that was illegal. They also put in a new utility sink and pump under the sink to drain my washing machine water to the yard. They were a very good price, much lower than any of the other companies that I had talked to.

 + -1 moreThis is the second time we've had work done with them and I can?t imagine using anyone else. Their rates are reasonable and they do everything in the timeframe they say. They did a great job.

 + -1 moreI went exactly as described Angies List: Please get subscriber location pinpointed so that you can recommend an appropriate list. I would think when all businesses are 30+ miles away, this would be your first clue that another list would be more appropriate.
Description of Work: When I arrived home afterAngies 5 months in Florida, I found my saddleback laundry pump was not working. I had not had a positive experience with Angies List in Michigan because when I put in my zip code, they hooked me up with the Lansing area which is no where near me (about 40 miles away.) They wouldn't let me into any other list which would have been more convenient (Ann Arbor, Detroit area). I typed in "Livingston county" and this company came up. i called and they happened to be in my neighborhood. They inspected my pump (original equipment--36 years) and quoted a price of $375. They were back the next day with the new pump and had the old one removed and the new one installed in under an hour. I would certainly use them again and recommend them

 + -1 moreA friend of mine recommended Livingston Plumbing & mech. to me when I was in need of a plumber. When I called they were very friendly and said someone would be out the next day to give me an estimate on what I needed done. Greg was there right on time. He was fast,friendly and his estimate was very reasonable. Greg got to work immediatly and was very professional. All of the plumbing that was done looks and works excellent. I would definitely hire this company again.
Description of Work: greg installed a water softener with iron filter,tankless water heater and ran a bunch of pipeline. He laos did all of the plumbing for our new laundry.

 + -1 moreWe called Greg on a Friday morning and he was there that evening. He came back Monday to test the water and then installed a custom built water softener on Thursday.He evaluated what type of softener we needed by asking about our families particular needs. Greg was very knowledgeable of his product, explained exactly what work was going to be performed and the price. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and punctuality. I would recommend Livingston Plumbing to anyone I know looking for plumbing work and look forward to working with Greg in the future.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. The men were courteous and professional and I would certainly recommend the business to anyone.
Description of Work: When I called they were on the way to fix a broken pipe. They called that evening and we set a time for the to inspect my water heater which wasn't working. After going over all options I chose to have an "on demand" water heater installed. A 30% tax credit was one factor in my decision. The next day the water heater was installed and working fine. In addition, they fixed an outdoor faucet for me without charge and carried two bags of water softener salt to the basement and put it in the softener. They did that on their own and told me later. They took the old water heater away so I didn't have to worry about that.
