Green-Up Landscape and Garden Center is a family owned business. I have an annual contract with them. They come in the Fall, they blow out the system and they meterize it. Spring, they come back out, they turn it all on, they check out all the heads to make sure they're working and just go completely through the system to make sure they're up and running. They're extremely knowledgeable of the subject, made suggestions to me as far as which brand of hardware to use that I later checked online and they were spot on, their installation was quick, efficient and they didn't tear up my lawn much at all. I was just very, very satisfied. They are professional, know their stuff and they are just totally professional with their approach, they're right end with others as far with their bids on installation and stuff. I would recommend them to anybody.

Our experience with this vendor was very bi-polar. Green-Up is very pleasant to deal with, and I truly believe they have the best intentions, but they have a very real problem when it comes to follow-through, fulfilling their commitments, and communication. We spent 5000+ dollars to have them lay a brick paver sidewalk for us. The crew was professional and timely, but they arrived at our house unannounced and commenced work without collaborating on a final design with my wife and I, according to our plans.Consequently, the sidewalk they installed protrudes too far into our driveway. Four years later, we're still trying to figure out how we might pave our parking pad around their pavers, considering the pavers intrude too far into the area in front of our garage that would obviously be a designated parking pad or driveway. We've also asked this vendor to give us quotes (2 years in a row) on a sprinkler system. They've set appointments for appraisal on 3 separate occasions, but never followed through. Good intentions, very poor execution.
