custom cabinets
 + -1 moreRuss and Shelly were very responsive to what we needed done. Shelly gave me helpful planning advice (as opposed to the big store guys who wanted me to settle for what they wanted to do), and Russ was the kind of craftsman you always hope to find when what you want done requires thoughtfulness and skill and attention to details and, in our case, the ability to address troublesome issues we hadn't even considered. In addition to doing more than the two big stores were willing to do, he charged less. We can't imagine being happier with the results and recommend the Pohls without reservation.
Description of Work: We needed new kitchen cabinets on the walls but only doors under the counters because we have a large area tiled countertop that we did not want removed. We'd talked to two major kitchen cabinet suppliers, but neither wanted to do just doors for the cabinets under the counters. I'm guessing maybe this was because the people they hire to do the work are not craftsmen and are only hired to remove and replace whole units.

Description of Work: They worked with Cambria to replace our kitchen countertop, then installed the backsplash tile that we picked out from their suggested suppliers, and installed our new range hood and the extra cupboards that Russ built to match our old existing cupboards. They do excellent work and we are very happy with our new kitchen.
