 + -1 moreI have never felt like less of a customer than in my dealings with Jessica. I had to have my general contractor call her twice because she would not return my call. The first time was to come and measure; which she finally did. Upon her visit to my home on a Thursday, she told me that she would have kitchen plans returned to me during the following week. The next week came and went. Finally on Tuesday I left her voicemail to see what the status was. Two days later I had to call my contractor again to prompt her to call me. When she called, she had no real explanation about why she didn't let me know that the plans weren't going to be ready. Come on sales people! Did you start yesterday? Underpromise and over deliver. That's the opposite of what I got at Starline with Jessica.
Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel.
