 + -1 moreI contacted Premier Lock and Security the morning of 2/12/14 because of a broken key in our door lock. He scheduled to come later in the day with the possibility of coming earlier than scheduled time. He did call and update me on his new arrival time to verify that it would work for me. After arriving and removing the broken key, he determined that the door itself was causing some of the problem. He then started to do the best he could to repair the issue with the door. After completion of the work he also cut new keys for our lock that fit better than any we have ever had, besides the original!
Description of Work: Removed broken key from lock, repaired and re-installed lock.
