Elite Lawn and Landscape

Made an appoint, they guy showed up late, spent 5 minutes taking pictures and I never received a quote.

Went just fine, they got here when they said they would. Got it done in under a half hour. Used them two weeks in a row due to our mower being down for repair.

I contacted Elite in August to set up an appointment to aerate my lawn in mid September. They agreed to give me one week notice before they came out. This was very important to me because of my schedule and I needed to mark our invisible fence line to avoid possible damage. I called Elite on Sept. 16 to follow up on the appointment and they told I was scheduled for Sept. 24. I rearranged my schedule to be home that day and marked the yard so the path of the fence was visible. Elite did not show the morning of the 24th so I called them. I was told that the person I spoke with earlier failed to put the appointment information in the computer so they would not be doing the work on the 24th. I explained to the spoke person that I had rearranged my schedule and I needed the job completed on the 24th. She said Sept. 26th was the best she could do. The 26th was not good for me. I asked to speak with a supervisor but no one was available. I wanted to know why they couldn't work a crew over to complete my job. Its difficult to change schedule and this is why I gave Elite ample lead time when I made the appointment in August. After venting my frustration the spoke person agreed to call a supervisor and get back with me. She called me back and told me the supervisor will call me in the next 30 minute. A return call was made several hours later. I was told they were trying to get a crew out same day but wasn't able to do so. The supervisor was apologetic and asked for another chance to keep my business. I agreed and the work was completed on 9/29/2014. I had a good conversation with the crew and was able to get answers to several questions I had about the condition of my lawn. Normally when my expectations are not met I will rate the company F. Initially, they did not do what they said they would do. They screwed up but owned up to their mistake. I'm rating Elite C because they recovered from their mishap but made no inquiry on what they could do to make it right. I'm likely to give them another opportunity in the future.

It was super. They know what they are doing and the job was cleaned up perfectly. I will use them again.

Never showed up. Never called to reschedule or cancel.

I first contracted Elite last Spring to eliminate a quack grass problem in my lawn. By late Summer, the problem still existed so I contacted them and complained. Their owner agreed that the fix didn't work the first time and they have since re-done all of the work I had contracted for - for no additional charge. I can't ask for more than that and am completely satisfied.

I used them all summer and they do a good job.

They are prompt, they do a good job, they clean up, they are very quick at it as they bring two guys out to do the work and my lawn looks really nice and green. Like during the times it was really dry I would just call and tell them I did not need the service this week and they are fine with that.

They are very consistent and easy to work with dealing with my requests.

They are quick and done in 20 minutes. It looks nice when they're done. It's just a farm field that they care for. I can't pay them everytime their out here so they have worked with me in accepting payments when I can make them. I would recommend them to others.

They've always been very punctual and have always done a good job for me. They're pretty economical for what they do. I've also had them cut my grass a couple of times in the past.
