 + -1 moreWe were preparing a house to sell. The contractor looked at the floors and made suggestions as to what needed to be done. He mailed us an estimate. We were surprised at how low it was, as we expected to have to pay much more. He later called to have us look at stains, and told us what should be stained darker. Everything was done very professionally, and we are extremely happy with the results.
Description of Work: Refinished hardwood floors, several with bad stains and wear.
