Excellent !! I called about my refrigerator not cooling. The freezer part was fine. The fridge was an average of 52 degrees. Gary came in and found out in the exchanger (not right word) that moves the cold air from the freezer to refrigerator was clogged with ice. After heating it with a blow drier, he thought that would take care of it. It actually got warmer. He came over the next day at NO CHARGE, spent over an hour here taking apart the fridge. He found another iced up area that he said was unusual. He was sure that was the problem and he was right !!! Thing is, a year ago I had the same problem. I called a different repair company. He took one look at it and immediately said I needed a part (that exchanger) and charged me almost $400. Thomas Appliance was honest and didn't "automatically" say it needed parts. Gary took his time to figure out the problem and fixed it. When the first trip didn't work, he came right back and found the problem. I HIGHLY recommend Thomas Appliance.

They came out to repair the water cooler on my refrigerator and they blew a line and could not make the repair. They came back with a new part and it was the same thing. I would not let him put the part on. They tried but did not try hard enough. I will not call them again. They never got my refrigerator fixed. He made three trips over here. The guy that came and did the work was a nice enough guy and did the best he could with what he had.

They had very reasonable prices and I was happy with their service.
