The meeting was fine. Mike is a professional guy with a vast knowledge of HVAC equipment. I am confident he would be able to perform the job without any worry and I would definitely consider hiring Sharps in the future. I did not go with this company because I wanted a brand other than a Lennox and/or any subsidiary company to Lennox. Their price was competitive and fair to the many other HVAC contractors I met with.

It was excellent! I called them back because a different module acted up about a week later. They took care of both modules and they didn’t charge me any fees for coming out the second time. The price was excellent and I compared. If I ever have any additional problems I will call them!

They are great people. He didn’t charge me because it was just a small wire problem. The wire was a little loose. He checked everything else and the thermostat. I have had him out a couple of times. I’ve never had any problem with them. They also put my air conditioning unit in. Every time they have charged me the prices are reasonable.

It was an average experience, and they did an adequate job with the repairs. However, they didn't seem to have much experience in dealing with home warranty companies because it took them nearly a week to provide the warranty company with an estimate for the job.

Everything was great. I called Sharp's because our old system was leaking gas, and they responded quite quickly which I really appreciated. They stayed on schedule and on budget, did a good job with the installation, and cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn't use any other company for my heating and cooling needs.
