Terrible service. I have an LG washing machine and was forced to use them because they were an LG authorized dealer. After 30 days they still have not repaired my washing machine. I waited a week for them to come out to troubleshoot the problem, another 10 days for authorization, which I already had from LG, then another week for them to order parts. I then was told parts were on backorder. Then I was told today they would not do the repair because they were upset that I complained to the BBB. Very unprofessional and I'm sorry you're mad that I complained, but I feel it's important for others to know about how bad your service.

Just want people to be aware of SAGINAW VALLEY SERVICE CO, INC. They do not guarantee their work and will not stand behind the work they do. And this is a company that MAYTAG uses on a regular basis! MAYTAG as well does not seem to stand behind their dishwasher's. Hindsight is always twenty twenty in a purchase, but I would never recommend a MAYTAG product purely because of the service that is provided!

The repairman replaced parts twice on our dishwasher. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and exceptionally helpful. My only complaint would be the wait to schedule service. My dishwasher was functional, so it wasn't a great inconvenience, but could be a problem for a non-functional crucial appliance.

Overall it went very well. I figured that the compressor might be bad, and it was. The technician did not pressure me in anyway to make this $400+ repair, and we decided to think it over. I called their office later to have them proceed, and they took our credit card info. to order the parts. These folks are there when they say they will be and always call you to let you know they are on their way and to make sure someone is there. The technicians are very well prepared and careful of your property when they work. They are friendly and knowledgable of their work. The estimated time to relace the compressor was accurate.
