She apparently works by herself and wouid not pick up the rug from my home. She required 2 weeks to set an appointment for me to deliver the rug. She did repair a separation in the seam, but a new, different tear appeared when I picked up the rug. I had great difficulty getting my rug back. Setting up a time for pickup was nearly impossible. I called when I was running about 15 minutes late and she did not answer the phone and then could not accommodate me. She said she was out talking to her neighbor. She required a pickup time several days later. Then when I arrived to get my rug she was not there. I had to come back yet another day. Then while making it difficult for me to pickup my rug, she threatened me with a $5 per day "dust off" fee. (My rug was rolled up when I picked it up.) It was extremely frustrating. She did not answer phone calls. She lied. She was very unprofessional. Stay away.
