The best part of the service was the new browser setup that protects my machine from future viruses. He set up a "Virtual machine" that runs on a different part of the computer so if I do get a virus it is much less likely to affect anything on my computer. The regular browser is still on my machine but he said to use that for sites that I trust only.
He also setup a program that will lets me give him remote access so that in the future I won't have to pay a home service fee for anything like a virus, but if there is a hardware problem that will mean either taking the computer to them or having them come out to our house again.
Outstanding service from a professional that truly knew what he was doing. I will be using Oberon in the future and would recommend the company to my friends and family
