Oberon Tech

Everything went well. I usually can remove viruses on my own, but realized this was above my head. I searched for a repair company and found oberonits.com and called the number on the contact page. They were busy and we had to setup an appointment, but the tech Damien came to my house and got everything accomplished in about 2 hours. The best part of the service was the new browser setup that protects my machine from future viruses. He set up a "Virtual machine" that runs on a different part of the computer so if I do get a virus it is much less likely to affect anything on my computer. The regular browser is still on my machine but he said to use that for sites that I trust only. He also setup a program that will lets me give him remote access so that in the future I won't have to pay a home service fee for anything like a virus, but if there is a hardware problem that will mean either taking the computer to them or having them come out to our house again. Outstanding service from a professional that truly knew what he was doing. I will be using Oberon in the future and would recommend the company to my friends and family
