They were excellent base on the outcome of the work. But my concern is the communication and time to get back to you for the price or because of the materials I like is not available.

This was the best experience we could have had. No problems, no delays, everyone was friendly, professional and ON TIME! During a pandemic, We were afraid of delays, but the project was done on time and done very well. Our plan is to do some other improvements, including a new kitchen, and New Design is top on our list. We highly recommend them.

New Design remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom, installed lighting, and replaced ceilings throughout the entire first floor. We're satisfied with the quality of the products used and the way everything looks now, however working with New Design was very frustrating due to poor communication, inability to keep to a schedule (finished nearly 2 months after promised), and some poor design recommendations (for example, sides of drawers in bathroom cabinets had to be cut to make room for the sinks). We spent way more time supervising the job and monitoring every decision they were making than we would have liked.

They rebuilt the kitchen, new cabinets and counter tops, and installed new appliances. They also pulled and reinstalled the wood floor that was in the kitchen. The cabinets and counter top look beautiful. They were a little behind their timing and completed the work about 3 weeks after their estimate. The floor has had some minor issues with nails backing out over time. The largest drawer closes properly, but it isn't flush to the cabinet.

The work was very nice. They did top quality work, with really nice cabinets and counter. The floor repair looks flawless.

We had some issues with the counter tops, cabinets and floors after first completion. So we wrote a negative review. But since then they came out and repaired everything. The scheduling was better this time around.

It went great. They put in new kitchen cabinets, counter-tops, etc. I felt safe around their staff and all of the staff was kind and courteous with me. I am a very picky person, and I nit-pick everything! They did not mind my perfectionist attitude, and they performed my remodel with perfection! I love these guys. Will definitely recommend.

It was absolutely awful, wouldn't ever ask them to do another room in my home again. How they have my heat duct it is wrecking my floor. My sink was leaking after they left my husband and I had to fix it because I had to take 3 weeks off work for them to cancel on me and then come out later on in the week. Half of the time I had to call then to find out that they were not able to make it to my home that day that they were working on someone else's house and I missed work for nothing. Half of my kitchen is not what I asked for the drawers are so skinny that you can't put much in them, my corner cabinet is smaller by a few inches and not able to put my phone and computer at the same time, and the caulk they put on the back splash I was thinking that it must of been old because they had to replace it twice and now I have to do it again.

Mitch and Marshall did the counters. Cosmos did the plumbing. Tim did the backsplash. We are quite pleased with the quality of their work.

We were very pleased with how our kitchen remodel went with New Design! Yvonne and Ray were fantastic from the start as they helped us design a kitchen that was functional as well as stylish. They brought samples to the house and spent the necessary time with us so that we would be satisfied with the results. From the cabinet installer to the electrician to the project manager, quality and service were delivered. This big project was completed in a timely manner and we absolutely love how it turned out. We have already recommended New Design to our friends.

I have no complaints about them whatsoever.

I will not use them again nor recommend them. They gave me a nice quote then they called me back the next day and said they could not do the work at that price. They did an okay job on knocking out the wall but the countertops did not turn out well. I have to go back and re-caulk since they did not do a good job. They were careless and I was not impressed with their work.

I did a lot of research before deciding on a contractor to remodel my very small, circa 1970s kitchen. I went with this company because #1 a co-worker had used them for the same project and was very pleased, and #2 they said they did EVERYTHING, from tearing out the old cabinets/plumbing etc to providing and installing all components with the exception of major appliances. Two people from New Design told me they did provide garbage disposals and range hoods in addition to counter tops, sink, cabinets and faucet. Then, come to find out once I had already begun the project, they did NOT provide those and I needed to purchase them separately, but they would install them. This wasn't too much of a problem, but annoying nonetheless. The gentleman (Richard) who initially came out to look at the kitchen and give me an estimate was professional, but has a rather assertive personality that could seem a bit pushy to some people. He kept making suggestions regarding changing the layout that I was not interested in. You have to be VERY specific with these people. I had a strict budget that I relayed from the start, with 'X' amount of "wiggle room" for unexpected problems (replacing sub flooring etc, if needed), and had to relay this several times during the planning phase. I work 3rd shift (12 hour nights) and my husband works during the day. I realize that the rest of the world operates on a "normal" schedule and certain things may have to change affecting a scheduled project, but I wrote out several "must do" points when I hired this company, one being that if they were going to be late, needed to change a time frame etc to CALL ME. I would be available if they told me they were coming out on thus and such a day but needed to have good communication re: time frames and days they workers would be out. This became a problem. I don't know what it is with contractors, but once they have your money, time seems to take on a whole new meaning for them. The scheduler "Joe" changed things 3 times on me, which caused me to have to call in to work the first 4 hours of a couple shifts due to needing sleep. What really annoyed me is after he called the day of to change a previously agreed upon time, he said that he "knew I had to sleep and was trying to coordinate things" for me, which is total baloney, since I had already planned on the previous schedule he gave me. He also didn't seem to communicate very well with his workers. As far as the quality of the work, I was very pleased. The carpenter (Vince) was very professional, showed up when he said he would and did what he said he was going to do, took extra pains to get details right and cleaned up after himself. The guy who did the counter tops and the electrician were also excellent (I don't recall their names). The tile guy (Jason) did a good job, but took too long, as he was on his phone outside a very great deal of the time. So, yes, I'd recommend them, but I would definitely have a specific plan, know what you want and what you don't want, set budget and insist on communication. FYI: The pricing scheme was 1/3 at signing the contract, 1/3 once the project was started, and 1/3 on completion. I paid cash so I can't comment on financing etc or if it is available.

I have never had such a phenomenal experience with a company. Every minute detail, and complaint I have had they have taken care of. They were clean, professional, and did phenomenal work. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

The job went great, it did take some time to finish, but that's the way it goes with most remodeling.? We chose them for our kitchen because we had them do a small job on our half bath, and that job came out great. Our representative ?Jordan who came out and ordered our bathroom for us, also gave us our estimate on the kitchen. He was well informed, answered all our questions, and was very professional.?The fellow who came out and removed the old cabinets and flooring kitchen was named Trey. Trey?did most of the work installing our new kitchen, except for the plummer, electrician, the tile, and the flooring people. We ordered natural hickory cabinets for our kitchen, and when they came out of the boxes they were gorgeous, and Trey installed them in our kitchen with our slightly uneven walls, and they appeared perfect when he got them all installed. The only real drawback to the job was our quartz counter tops. They were supposed to take about thirty days to complete, but the manufacturer was retooling, and it actually took about two months to get them. When we did get them they were beyond our expectations, they were beautiful, and worth the wait.?Generally all of the workers that came to our house were great, they were friendly, answered any questions we might have. They cleaned up after any work, and ?hauled away all of the debris left over from the work they had done. All in all we were very happy with our experience. New Design Inc. ?did a great job for us. We have one more bathroom to remodel, and will be using them for that project.

We stopped in the showroom to discuss getting a new kitchen and were greeted promptly. After answering a few questions regarding our expectations we made an appointment with Richard to come to our house and give a quote. He made many excellent suggestions, brought samples and gave us a quote. I will admit it was a little higher than I expected however now that it is done I could not be happier. Everyone from the showroom floor personnel, to the carpenter were extremely skilled and professional. The project did take a little longer that originally planned but I understood the delays and they were acceptable to me. We chose New Design because we had seen first hand the quality of their work at a friends house. Thank you for a job well done.

Most all the employees were very professional. Both Construction Mangers assigned were very professional and detailed with the work. The designer did a great job with coordination of the materials he offered and the design. There was a problem with the measurements but in the end it was resolved. I do love the kitchen and remodeling done.

Project that was supposed to be finished in 10 to 14 days took almost 2 months before everything was finally done.? "Promo" cabinets / materials are poor quality.? Installer was not very skilled (I had to offer suggestions on how things should be installed to match the design drawings) and not very professional (used the house as though he had moved in).? Overall, I was very?dissatisfied and would not recommend.

They were excellent. They were extremely helpful when I went into the showroom. They were really helpful in showing me the different styles of cabinets. They gave us two plans to look at. They came to house couple of times to help design and spoke about what exactly what I wanted. The man who came to do the work was extremely nice. They were thoughtful. I thought they were great. They were here every day. They didn’t waste time. I would use them in the future.

What a nightmare! Realizing that remodeling is dirty work. having already remodeled one bathroom, I thought I knew what to expect. Not only was this project not done in a timely manner, it was not done with ANY emphasis on neatness or cleanliness. Taking at least an extra 3 weeks to finish, they left me with messes each day. It ended up costing us about 3,000 over estimate. The owner came in one day to talk to one of the workers and looked at me without speaking, leaving without checking with me to see how I thought things were progressing. He was upset I guess because I insisted on their painting the walls when they were done. They did not want to included finishing the walls. It was not even 6 months later that I had to call them to come back to fix the tub surround that was pulling away from the walls. The new drywall was also cracking. In the process of redoing the surround, they scratched it in several places. They "repaired" the walls by using clear caulking. Two years ago, we found out that when putting in the vent, they vented into the attic, not outside, which caused us to have to replace seven rotten roof boards. When we called and told the sells rep, we were told to send them an estimate and they would reimburse us. We sent it to them and called them three different times. We never heard from them again. Now my walls are all splitting and I will have to have someone to come in and repair them. The previous walls were over 25yrs old and not a crack or split in them. These are only 6 ;years old. We also had to replace the tub faucet. I would never recommend them and would certainly never use them again!

We met with the salesperson in August right before school started and I told them that I really didn’t want to get caught in the holidays. One day before they called us and said they could come do the kitchen. They didn’t finish until the second week of January. They did fulfill their promise of slide-outs but he promised me a new door and he still hasn’t done that. We were really pleased with the marble counters but they didn’t even do that. We were displeased with this company. The salesperson promised us some things and then we had to haggle which made me very uncomfortable. The kitchen is pretty good quality; the guys that came did a good job putting it together. It was such a drawn-out experience that I have bitter feelings toward them.

Would not return my phone calls.
