The guy showed up with a tank larger then the one we ordered. He needed help getting old tank out, and putting new one in. Serviceman had no pipe wrench or solder or dielectric union. Pilot went out after one day. After attempts of contacting company, hoping to get a different tank, they said the warranty would fix it. Why should they have to fix a brand new tank? For the money they charged, I was not happy with service or dealing with phone contacts. The guy who came for the installation was prompt and friendly, he just didn't have everything he needed to do the job.

I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THE PERSON WHO CAME TO THE HOUSE WAS VERY POLITE AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS WORTH THE MONEY.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A NEW KITCHEN FAUCET AND SINK. THEY ALSO RESEATED MY TOILET.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY WHEN WE CALLED AND TOOK NO TIME FIXING THE PROBLEM. I HAVE ACTUALLY USED THEM FOR MY MOTHER'S HOUSE AS WELL.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED TWO DRIPPING FAUCETS (ONE IN THE SHOWER AND ONE IN THE KITCHEN).

THE WORK THAT THIS COMPANY DID WAS FINE. THEY WEREN'T A VERY CAREFUL COMPANY AS THEY LEFT REMAINS OF THEIR SOLDERING WHERE IT FELL. I'M NOT SURE THAT THE QUALITY OF THE PIPES WAS WHAT THEY SAID, BUT THEY FINISHED THE WORK BY THE AGREED UPON TIME.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND PUT IN NEW COPPER PIPES THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE HOUSE.
