So we couldn't even show him what fencing we would be interested in because he didn't have a booklet, he left. He called back that evening to say that he would be e:mailing the estimate (even though we hadn't picked one out) and when my husband said he doesn't do e:mail just to tell him what it is, he was confused and we haven't heard from him since!! About $4000.00 down the drain for him!
Description of Work: Called company, talking to a man while a woman yelled in the background and he said he'd be out on Tuesday. He came out, scruffy, and in an old beater car . We wanted an estimate on a privacy fence, he measured for it and when we asked for a booklet to show him what we were interested in, he said he didn't have one, he would have to send us one????

Description of Work: Tried to hire Michigan Fence to install alluminum fencing around around a built in pool. Contacted them twice and both times was told that they would have a salesman contact me to evaluate the job, provide a quote, etc. Not only did they NOTcontact me at all, when I called again to inquire their representative was very impolite and told me "I had to wait as they are very busy". If this is the way they treat customers when they are trying to get business, I would hate to see how they treat them after they have been paid!

You cannot be talking about Michigan Fence Company in Flint, Michigan. We do not service the Clarkston area, so therefore you couldn't have contacted our office and I also searched the entire call book from August thru current and there isn't a record of a Tim Thomas calling our Flint office. There is another company down in your area called Michigan Fence & Supply Company that is NOT in any form related to our company that also sells and installs aluminum fencing.

They are right on Hill Road. The work was very good. The fences lasted for 20 years and it was wood fence. They did a really good work. They were really quick.

I was so impressed with them. The price wasn't cheap. It looked nice and they were 100 percent professional. They knew what they were doing and this is as compared to some guys that came out here and that were awful, these guys came out to give me an estimate and they were a just couple of idiots. The difference between these guys and the guys from Michigan Fence was like night and day in professional and quality of work. On the price we get what we pay for.
Description of Work: I've got hand rails installed on my front steps from Michigan Fence Company. They installed two little hand rails for two steps.
