Lockhart's crew did an outstanding job. They were delays because of a heat wave but overall did the job within a reasonable time. The price was fair. Quality of work was great. The crew was friendly with our homeowners and tried to accommodate them. Re-roofing is a very intrusive activity. Flowers are destroyed and there is a lot of noise. The crew did their best to minimize these issues. I had a professional roofer inspect the work after it was done and he reported Lockhart did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

Overall, I was pleased with Lockhart. Their price was competitive, the crew was courteous, and they always picked up the phone to answer any questions I had. Many contractors are difficult to reach or will not call you back promptly. I did not have those issues with Lockhart. I have recommended them to my neighbors needing roof replacements.

I chose them because they gave me a good price, and they were local. They were very courteous. They came out, gave me an estimate, and called me back asking if I wanted to set it up. I did, and they came out within a day. They cleaned up really nice, and I was just really happy with the whole situation.

They were great. They were timely and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and the work looks very good. We are happy with this company.

The people were very friendly at the office. The project was delayed several weeks. I kept calling to see when they would come out to do the work. It was just getting further behind. They finally came out to do the roof and brought the wrong color vents. They were supposed to match the roof. Luckily I caught the mistake and they were able to spray paint them before they were installed. The roof looks good. But, they did a horrible job cleaning up. We found over 200 nails the first day. I have had 4 nails in my car tires since the installation. I would not use the company again due to the poor clean up. I called the company to complain and they said they would give me $75 back. It's too bad it has cost me allot more than that in headaches and tires.

They were on time and friendly. I was very happy with the clean up after the job was completed. They made sure that there was nothing left behind. They also answered all of our questions.

We had Lockhart Roofing put on a new roof (including tear-off of existing roof) in May, 2007. The roofing job was done poorly and had many problems, including: Multiple leaks; baffles in attic were not installed properly and they did not put enough in; drip edge installed improperly, leaving an open gap; charged for replacing a broken rafter (not done); charged for many more roofing boards than were actually put in; shingles installed improperly in multiple areas (ridge, over porch, misaligned); damaged garage ceiling, drywall not repaired properly; damaged multiple bushes around the house. When we discussed the problems initially with the owner (Terry Lockhart) he agreed that the job was not done right, that he had fired the roofers that did the job, and that he would make everything right. So far, they have resolved some of the problems, however, the rood still leaks in multiple areas, baffle snotty installed properly. We are very concerned that we will have more problems.
