We are a full service home inspection company new to Angieslist.com but, have been servicing clients throughout the State of Michigan since 1997. The charges for a home inspection are based on square footage of the home and not per room or per feature. There are additional charges for things such as a well water testing, septic system inspections, mold inspection / testing, radon detection testing, and pool inspections. These are entirely up to you in addition to the full home inspection. You will also receive a recommendation list of contractors that I have personally used in the past and continue to exceed the expectations of my clients... NO exceptions!

Services we don't offer

Lead based paint / dust inspections. That is handled by Healthy Homes sector by The State of Michigan and these inspections start at around $350 and can go up based on a number of criteria. These inspections can not be preformed by just anyone... there is a special license that must be obtained.
