Because of Paul's honesty and skill, the problem was solved in a matter of minutes. He advised me to install new thermostats which have timers built in. I did so the following Saturday and my system is running perfectly. Paul at DM Burr is my new AC & boiler guy.

The inspection was performed and they found an issue in which my furnace was missing a sensor. They came back another day to install it for me. The only oddity was that the same technician came back unannounced another time when only my wife was home. We weren't aware that any further work was required. When we called DM Burr about the visit, they didn't know why the technician came back. My wife never opened the door, and the technician didn't come back.

The employee was prompt discussed with me what he would do and went to the utility room to check the furnace and hot water heater. He identified the leak in the hot water heater was near the top of the tank and likely the result of the previous installer not using dielectric unions for the water supplies. I asked if he would speak with the Home Warranty company and describe his findings which he did. During the furnace cleaning he explained what he was doing and how the furnace worked (a 14 year old Trane) as this was a new house the lesson was appreciated. He completed the work in a timely fashion was very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

They answered our call very quickly. They repaired our problem without trying to add a bunch of other services or things we didn’t need at the time. They just repaired the leak and got it going. With some companies when we call them for an emergency for plumbing and they haven't seen us before; we have been turned down before by people saying that we are already not their customer, and that they are not going to come up in an emergency. They have plenty of business already; they don’t need anymore. That's one thing that stood out with these people because we had not used them previously. This is our first time using them. So it was noticeable that they came right out and helped us. The price was good because it was an emergency. I would definitely use them again.

I recently obtained the services of DM Burr to install four exterior lights. The two electricians Mark and Mike more than exceeded my expectations. They were polite, courteous, knowledgable and professional. The lights look amazing! I will definitely use DM Burr again, and highly recommend to others!

THE JOB COULD NOT HAVE DONE BETTER. I CALLED ABOUT 11 AM TO LET THEM KNOW THE SITUATION AND THEY WERE OUT BY 1 PM TO ASSESS THE DAMAGE AND GIVE ESTIMATE.. THEY HAD TO LOCATE PARTS BUT WORKED ALL THE NEXT DAY TO GET THE SERVICE BACK ON.

Rod and Ryan arrived at the scheduled time of 3:30 and began installing the furnace. Thomas returned and helped with the installation.|It took awhile because everything was froze since we were in the middle of -14 and -15 degree nights. He had to climb the roof to pour hot water down the pipes as well as heat up the pipe to unthaw them.|It took them a little less than three hours to have the furnace installed and heat in my house. They were all very professional and kind. They cleaned up after themselves which is a plus.|Although $4100 seems high, this price is in the same range as most for a top notch furnace.

On Oct 11 a gentleman was out to see what we needed done (he was late for the appointment said he had over booked himself). Ten days went by and I had not heard from him. I called asking about the quote. He said he had been swamped and would call me on 10/25. That did not happen. I am disappointed. We had used this company in the past for heating work and had no issues. We probably will find someone else for future work. FINALLY came out to do the work. Two of the ceiling fans were not installed as we wanted. We have been trying to get that corrected so we can pay our bill. Two people from the office cam to the house. looked at our concern and said they would call my wife back. That never happened. Then my wife gets a call from someone asking about the bill. My wife tells her she as been working with someone. The billing person said she did not know and would call her back. Again that did not happen. I do not know how they stay in business. We know we owe them money but not until the work is done properly. We just sold the house. Since no one ever returns calls do not know what to do.

He was supposed to clean the burners and he just blew on them. I don't know if he checked the electrical connections when he was supposed to. He spent about 20 minutes down there, used a flashlight to look into the furnace and see if anything was wrong. He was supposed to check the wiring and thermostat. He talked more about a contract for a 3 year furnace review more than he actually worked on the furnace. He was constantly trying to upsell me. I have had people come out before (for 10 or 15 dollars more) and they did a much better job than these guys did. He just blew on the burner and didn't use a vaccum like the other companies. He told me I needed a filter which I already knew. I wasn't satisfied with the way it went compared to other companies. I would not ever use them again.

I had a great experience with them. The price was reasonable. I didn't dislike anything. I like their personnel. They are very efficient and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I would use them again.

Called them, got a quote, furnace was ordered, installed all in about 1 week. This is a specialty furnace, we knew it wasn't in stock.

Dave arrived a little ahead of the scheduled time. They had a special price of $89 for the tune-up. Consumers also had a $50 rebate for furnace work. Dave filled out the form and sent it in to Consumers Power. He explained things to me and answered every question I had even if it was not related to the job being performed. I asked about having a humidifier put on. He explained the job and gave me a very good price. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

I was a salesman and insurance agent for 40 years, so I appreciate an honest, knowlegable, professional and dedicated sales representative. The agent was all of that and that certainly had an influence on my decision. I priced all of the name brands and a few that I never heard of befor. This company was in the middle of the price range, but I think I got the best value for my money. This was the only company out of the six that I called that made a follow-up phone call a few days after the quote. The installer was very professional and really knew his trade. All of the research on the internet indicated that installation was very important and this guy knew his job, I was very impressed. All of my working career was based on personal referrals and I would recommend this company to anyone. The work was performed on time on budget and cleaned up afterward.
